Saya sdh reservasi sebelumnya dan menghubungi hotel utk konfirmasi reservasinya lalu diterima oleh Shinta bag. Resepsionis ygmana biasanya dihandle oleh operator... Setiba dhotel tidak ada sambutan namun ada security yg mengarahkan ke area protokol kesehatan utk cek suhu badan dan alhamdulillah kamarnya sdh siap dan dibantu dgn baik... Kebetulan sya baru cek in tanpa membawa barang krn habis dari ziarah dan singkat kata saya ambil 4 kamar berdekatan dan memutuskan utk mengganti 1 kmrnya dengan tipe yg diatasnya yaitu jr.suite... awesome!! Kamarnya bagus dan nyaman terus malemnya diberikan compliment dri manajemen utk praline dkk atas pilihan naek tipe kamar tsb... Overall menginapnya nyaman, makanan utk nasgornya sdikit kurang tasty & saran aja better on weekend ada spesial item menu spt dimsum, live cooking spt mie ayam or something unique sbg trademark nantinya tpi servisnya mantul koq... Pool area nya bersih & dibantu banget ma Jerry krn ada anak kk saya terluka tangannya dan selama nginap helped by mba Lili as duty... Sori ya jdi bnyak request tapi well done... Good job ya dan smoga wyndham bisa menjadi lebih baik lagi dan punya trademarknya sendiri

pilihan hotel yang tepat bersama keluarga untuk perayaan dan berlibur di akhir pekan, kebersihan kamar nya good dan nyaman, protokol pencegahan covid sangat di utamakan sterilisasi nya, karyawan hotel sangat friendly, untuk breakfast nya lengkap dan makanan nya enak-enak.

Pelayanan nya dan keramahan dari staff 5/5 !
Sarapan 4/5 walaupun sarapan hanya terbatas, tapi it’s okay krna lgi corona ! Dari kamar twin bed nya ukurannya pas 5/5 . Direct access to the mall ! 5/5 Thank you Wyndham Opi!
