Kamar nyaman dengan bed tipe king dilengkapi bedcover yang bersih dan rapi, meja kerja yang cantik dengan kursi yang nyaman, kamar mandi bersih dengan perlengkapan mandi yang baik, view kamar menghadap telaga Duriangkang yang indah sehingga tampak membahagiakan saat menatapnya di pagi hari, kolam renang yang bisa digunakan untuk anak-anak dan orang dewasa, tempat fitness yang cukup memiliki alat lengkap untuk olahraga, di malam hari bisa menikmati keindahan kota Batam melalui rooftop, pelayanan prima dan ramah... Untuk ukuran kamar dengan kenyamanan prima sangat terjangkau dengan harga yang ditawarkan..

saya ingin menuliskan hal ang sangat mengecewakan bagi saya dan keluarga saya. Begini.

Hotel ini sebenarnya sudah sering kami melakukan staycation maupun menginap dalam ragkaian kerja. Namun pada Minggu (8/8/2021) sekitar pukul 15.00 -an WIB, kami (sekeluarga) mengalami pengalaman yang mengecewakan.

Saat itu, saya diketuk oleh Pak Zul, Duty Manager di hotel tersebut. dia mengatakan bahwa ada tamu di sebelah kamar saya yang katanya mengeluh. dan akhirnya pak Zul menemui saya, dan akhirnya meminta saya agar pindah kamar kami tempati.

Penuh perasaan kecewa dan kesal bertanya alasannya. Katanya tamu disebelah butuh istirahat. Lah emangnya kami juga ngak butuh? Memang saat itu anak kami sedang menangis (maklum tangisan anak 3 tahunan karena mau tidur, red).

dan kami diminta untuk pindah ke kamar yang bakal disiapkannya.

Pertanyannya;
1. kenapa begitu menerima keluhan dari konsumen, langsung mengeksekusi untuk memindahkan kami? Apa karena kami lokal, makanya dibegitukan?
2. antara tamu yang sebelah dan kami sama-sama membutuhkan istirahat juga. makanya kami staycation di sini.
3. dan terpenting adalah, kami sama2 bayar dan tidak menumpang ataupun gratisan menginap di hotel ini, kok bisa-bisanya secara tiba2 memindahkan tamu yang sudah didalam kamar.

Apakah itu Profesional? dimana keramahan dan kesopansantunan sebagai orang yang bergerak dalam bidang pariwisata?

jujur, saya kecewa dengan pelayanan yang diberikan BWP Panbil ini. Padahal sering kami menginap dan memberikan komentar yang manis terhadap hotel ini. Sungguh disayangkan sekali....

Saya sangat kecewa dengan hotel ini....
