Hotel sangat bagus dan staff ramah, check-in cepat dan staff sangat membantu. Makanan di restoran enak dan hotel menerapkan protokol kesehatan. semua pengunjung diminta menggunakan masker dan hotel menyediakan hand sanitizer dikamar. Kamar bersih dan view hotel bagus.

Kami sekeluarga sangat senang stay disini. Ini uda kali ke 4 kita stay disini. Hotel nya nyaman bgt,bersih. Sarapan nya banyak pilihan dan enak². Kolam renang nya bagus. Anak² saya happy banget. Staf nya ramah². Dan terima kasih buat Mas Cecep yg uda bantu booking, dan fast respon setiap saya minta bantuan nya. Dan Makasih jg buat surprise dekorasi kamar nya krn pas saat itu anniversary saya dan suami.
Pokok nya hotel BWP top banget, dan akan selalu jadi tujuan stay saya dan keluarga setiap berkunjung ke batam.

Saya sangat nyaman menginap di best western hotel selain protokol kesehatannya yg lengkap staff nya juga sangat ramah dan breakfast nya juga banyak pilihan. Saya akan kembali lagi menginap di hotel ini.

Check in pelayanan nya nyaman , petugas nya ramah , makanan nya enak , kamar nya bersih ... bisa naik sepeda tanpa harus bayar, benar2 mengikuti standard protocol covid -19 saat check di sapa ramah oleh bpk Zul / duty manager

Hotelnya nyaman banget, pelayanannya juga sangat memuaskan, staff nya ramah dan helpful terutama kakak Mira dan Bapak Zulfikar. Menu breakfast sangat lengkap. Banyak spot foto yg instagramable. Puas pokoknya.
