Pelayan-pelayannya sangat ramah, kamarnya sangat nyaman, sangat recomend sekali untuk yang ingin staycation di masa pandemic ini. Protocol covid-19 juga sangat baik jadi makin aman, dan baik sekali untuk diberikan kejutan kecil desert untuk honeymoon .

Hotel ini berlokasi sangat baik, dekat menuju bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta, layanan dimasa pandemi Covid 19 sudah baik, di semua sisi sudah tersedia hand sanitizer, masuk sudah langsung otomatis memiliki termogram yang terpasang. Akses menuju Mall ciputra langsung dari hotel hanya menekan tombol exit langsung bisa menikmati mall.

Pling hal yg sy senang yaitu masalah paket sy yg pending krn sy hrus pindah hotel dan paket blm datang tetapi setelah saya bertemu dengan bpak heru setiawan semua di take care dan saya sngat puas sekali,next time kalau pas liburan pasti saya sempatkan untuk stay kembali di hotel ciputra jakarta.
Untuk servise is excellent makanan datang selalu ontime,laundry nya sangat cepat, housekeeping/room attendant nya ramah sekali.kamarnya bersih...front officenya ramah sekalai.. terimakasih atas pelayananya semua...
