Staycation yang sangat menyenangkan. Surprise ucapan birthday yg dicat di kaca jendela, keren banget !

Kamar yg cozy dengan bed dan bantal super empuk. Bathroom luas dengan shower dan bathtub yang bersebelahan. Sarapan sudah model buffet, namun diambilkan oleh staf dan ada penghalang akrilik di antara tamu dan makanan, sehingga terjaga kebersihannya. Recommended untuk staycation saat pandemi sekarang ini.Semua petugas ramah dan cekatan. Bravo !

Bagi yang menginap dengan harga promo, pls cek apakah termasuk free parking atau tidak. Karena tidak semua tamu otomatis dapat free parking.

Kata org2 hotel nya tua, makanan ga enak pelayanan kurang.

Tapi kenyataan berbeda, kamar oke, classic luxury.

Makanan juga oke lah, untuk ukuran hotel di masa pandemic.

Pelayanan staff juga baik n penuh semangat, thanks to eva di sailendra dan bu upik di lounge.

Serta tidak lupa terima kasih khusus nya bu candira dan pak eric di front desk.

Saya tinggal di 24 October hingga 26 October, awalnya saya ragu karena pandemi belum berakhir, tetapi saya memutuskan untuk tetap menginap.
Akhir pekan di hotel cukup ramai, terutama di reception counter, saya harus menunggu karena kamar saya belum siap, awalnya saya agak kecewa, tetapi Ms Icha sigap sekali membaca kekecewaan dan dapat me-recover kekecewaan segera dengan sikapnya yang attentive.

Saya suka kamar tamunya, trutama bedding dan windownnya, semua karyawan di bagian housekeeping dan room service cepat tanggap, apa bila saya hendak meminta tambahan kopi, teh bahkan es batu, sepat kilat bagai flash gordon.

Di hari sabtu dan minggu makan pagi disediakan dengan gaya prasmanan dengan menerapkan protokol yang cukup ketat dan tetap nyaman untuk tamu.
Pilihan bakery dan pastriesnya lengkap dan berlimpah. Harus coba croissant, dengan olesan butter nan lembut atau waffle dan pancakes yang nikmat.

Saya suka sekali dengan gelas kopinya, chic, dan elegant, dan kalau kita membawa takeaway cup dari kamar, kita bisa membawa pulang segelas kopi panas, suka sekali dengan layanan ini. Kaka Barista, I padamu!

Di hari Senin hingga Jumat, makan pagi disediakan dengan pemesanan ala carte menggunakan QR code yang dapat kita scan dan kita pilih sesuai selera. Saya memesan American Bfast dan suami memesan nasi kuning, walau ada keterlambatan pengantaran makanan saya, tetapi ibu Katharina, sangat sigap sekali mengembalikan service yang sempurna kepada saya dan suami. Beliau memberikan lebih dari apa yang ditawarkan yaitu ketulusan yang dapat saya baca dari nada bicara, pilihan kata serta gerak tubuhnya. (sehingga saya harus menyimpan kembali tanduk saya, hehehe).
Oh ya, saya sering kali denger bunyi lonceng, pertanda staff untuk cuci tangan dan pakai hs, good point banget tuh, soalnya saya aja masih sering lupa .

Tips staycation di JW Marriott:
Bawalah sepatu lari dan nikmati jalan pagi atau lari di seputaran Mega Kuningan, suasana teduh dan trotoar cukup nyaman dan aman. Lanjutkan angkat beban di gym yang cukup nyaman dan lengkap, produk disinfectant disediakan dalam jangkauan untuk kita gunakan.

Jangan lupa bawa baju renang, bila di akhir pekan kolam renang dengan anak anak, cobalah berenang di sore atau hari kerja.

Terima kasih atas pengalaman yang menyenangkan selama staycation saya, ga ragu lagi untuk stay di hotel dalam situasi seperti ini.

Nginep sini karena lagi promo. Walaupun bangunannya sudah agak lama tapi pelayanan dan kebersihan hotel ini masih tetap baik. Selama pandemi, mereka mmberikan paket clean care dikamar sebagai pengganti welcome drink/fruit. Jenis makanannya memang sedikit berkurang tapi masih tetap bisa puas makan disini dengan tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan

Menginap saat weekend, ketika masuk kamar, bau apek sekali. Karpetnya lembab. Lemari juga baunya tidak sedap. Furniture sudah tua.

Nilai lebih yang ada hanyalah pelayanan staffnya dan parkir gratis bagi tamu (di Ritz Mega Kuninganq berbayar normal)

Sudah cukup sekali saja kesini.
