  • Seafood Satay. Consists of grilled fish, prawn and squid with pineapple, tomatoes, bellpepper, onions covered with a creamy umami sauce, paired with a bowl of garlic sauce. This is the most delicious dish I have tried in my 6 days in Bali. The fries are lightly salted so adding salt is up to you.
