Dedicated to their craft, Hojo’s chefs take care to ensure every dish they create is inspired. Approachable and authentic, the menu features homemade ramen with in-house noodles, sushi and sashimi dishes featuring Toro and PEI tuna when it’s in season, and plenty of other traditional Japanese dishes.
Head Chef Masashi Katsuki  With over 20 years of experience working in kitchens across Japan, Chef Masashi Katsuki brings his passion and expertise in Japanese cuisine to Canada’s smallest province.

Owner Yuichi Hojo, along with Hojo’s chef team and staff look forward to sharing their love of Japanese cuisine with you.  In the Japanese tradition, Hojo’s is committed to providing exceptional hospitality, also known as omotenashi. Guests are invited to use a self-ordering iPad system or call their server by pressing a button to ensure prompt service. Hojo’s also has a no tipping policy, preferring to take full responsibility for properly paying its staff as is the Japanese custom.
