very excellent service provided by hotel to me and that staff is really very helpful specially their HR (manish) he is vry nyc person 👍 really my overall all experience is good of that hotel so i suggest u all come in this hotel & enjoy😍

Five ratings for facilities, hospitality, food and aesthetics of the hotel. Specially the staff was very cooperative and helped us in every sort possible. Overall it was worth to travel 30 kms away from mount Abu city.

Perfect location nice room and was overwhelmed by the polite nature of the staff.specially the gm of the hotel was very polite and was ready to provide service to his customer in all possible ways surely visiting this property again

A beautiful hotel, good quiet location, clean rooms but let down by not enough staff. We stopped for one night and arrived late and had a welcoming reception by night staff. However in the morning, there were only 2 staff in the restaurant and unable to keep up. We requested coffee and toast and this took over half an hour and the coffee served was cold. I had to go and get our kettle from our bedroom to make my own coffee! There was no manager in reception or kitchen to help!

Just opened a week ago..what can i say tasty food ,friendly staff ,downside no bar as they newly open otherwise the interior and all other amenities are good ..feels like 4 star property worth every penny...
