Spent one night at the Brickhouse on our way to southwestern Indiana. It was a lovely boutique hotel. We had a very nice suite . The bedroom was large enough and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was large and handicap accessible. Only thing I would want was at least 2 large bath towels per person. In the suite area the couch was comfortable but would like a larger single chair. TVs were new but not a fan of Roku as my only TV option. Also maybe a little more window coverings since we were on the first floor. Lobby was inviting and muffins on arrival a nice touch . Didn’t see the owner but you can tell there is some TLC at the Brickhouse. I would stay there again.
We stayed in this hotel for one night in July 2021. It was such a unique and wonderful experience. It was a completely contactless stay, in fact we were the only guests that evening so we never saw another human being during our stay. The hotel is recently renovated, and the result is really attractive. We were in room #3, and it was huge and nicely decorated. It has convenient paved parking behind the building or on the street in front. It's in the middle of downtown Martinsville, walking distance to everything. I highly recommend the Brickhouse Loft to anyone staying in Martinsville, and it's also convenient to many nearby locations.
