Seabreeze is a lovely quiet little place, right on the water, in a mid-price range. Staff are all very friendly. There are a variety of rooms, mostly at ground level. I stayed in a timber cabin that was really cute, one of the few rooms that doesn't have a direct sea view. All the room types have spacious verandahs. My bed was extremely comfortable and the shower large with good water pressure. There are 2 pools, one central by the restaurant/bar and the other, deeper pool at the edge of the resort. There is an excellent variety of food and the prices as you'd expect - about AUD 6 for a main course, AUD 8 for cocktails. This is a very quiet little resort down the end of a kampung road, about 4km away from Candidasa itself. In about 1km's walk there are a few warungs. Seabreeze can arrange a lift in to Candidasa or to hire a scooter if you have a licence. Although Seabreeze is right on the waterfront, it's up on a seawall. Views out towards Lombok are beautiful and there's usually a nice breeze. There is a reef surrounding the property and a small beach area accessible at one corner. Bring reef shoes if you want to snorkel. The water is SO clean but the corals in the reef fairly damaged. There aren't a huge amount of them but there are the usual variety of tropical fish. There is a little spa with the expected menu. A lot of the treatments are done outside, overlooking the sea or on the verandah. I had a massage and pedicure. Prices are reasonable and the treatments were good. For a peaceful holiday away from the busier tourist areas, Seabreeze is a wonderful place to stay.

Wir machten hier für 3 Nächte stop nach unserer Bali-Rundreise. Ein vierter Tag wäre auch eine gute Entscheidung gewesen 😉. Super Ambiente und sehr nettes Personal. Die Bungalows mit Meerblick sind traumhaft. Die Küche sehr ansprechend, geringfügig teurer (Getränke) als im Umland gewohnt aber der tollen Anlage angepasst.

We are two weeks into a three week stay and haven’t left the property yet, this place is special. To address some of the negatives I read in previous reviews:- * the resort is older and the room we had is small and basic but it was clean and the AC worked a treat and seriously we where only in it to sleep, the bed was firm which I loved, the towels where a little ratty but smelt clean and did the job required of them. *there is no beach directly in front BUT who needs it when you have two incredible pools looking out over the water. Plus there are stairs to the right of the property (facing the ocean) that head down to a small sandy beach with direct access to the coral for snorkelling. Yes a lot of the coral is white and damaged but there is beautiful colourful pieces growing back and the fish life is amazing and it’s literally at your door step. *the food was great I didn’t double up on a meal in the first week and im a fussy eater who doesn’t like seafood., so I thought the menu was great. You may be able to get a better meal and or cheaper elsewhere but we didn’t try and why would you with the million dollar view you enjoy here. *the staff are sensational, so very friendly and helpful and yes we did have a few hiccups here and there with meals but thats to be expected when your holidaying in a foreign country and quiet frankly unless you can speak Indonesian or balinese you really can’t complain about the language barrier and the occasional mistake. DO NOT come here if you want night life, shopping and fancy accommodation this is not for you as there is nothing close by BUT if you want peace and quiet with only the sounds of the ocean and the wind in the trees, a place to relax, unwind, reconnect and heal then this place is as pretty close to paradise that you can get.

The hotel and rooms are very nice near the beach. The view from our balcony was nice next to the reception. The staff named Luhde directed us well via WhatsApp telling us that the price of a superior room is IDR 700k without breakfast. We checked in late around 12am. Luhde told us to meet security at check-in and registration in the morning. What disappointed us was that the AC couldn't be turned on again with the remote and the TV couldn't work. In the morning my husband wanted to make coffee but there was a short circuit when we plugged in the electric kettle. So we had to ask the restaurant for hot water and finally ordered breakfast there. Even though by the time we were at the restaurant they had fixed everything, it was too late because we only stayed one night and were already disappointed. The front terrace of our room was not clean and it seemed like the preparations were not thorough enough. It seemed like they only cleaned it in the morning around 8am when we were at the pool. They apologized for the inconvenience but one of the guest relations officers accused us of not understanding the switch connected to the AC and TV even though we had read the instructions and not touched it at all. Hopefully the hotel will be more concerned with guest service. This was our first holiday just the two of us after getting married and it really didn't live up to our expectations. We wanted to go out for a while just for a walk around 9 am and left the keys at the reception but one of them chased us. Did they think we would run away without paying? Is it because we drive motorbikes and are not foreigners that we should be suspicious? Meanwhile our goods are still in their room. And check out time is still a few hours.

1 : cabane en bois : attention sur les cabanes en bois. La cabane qu’on eu mes enfants était insalubre. Parquet clouté ventilateur rouillé. Une odeur de moisissure oppressante dont on ne comprenait pas d ou ça venait. Après de multiple recherches on a trouvé que dessous le lit et le long du mur les parquets étaient totalement moisis ( voir photos ci jointes) Ce qui a entraîné une crise d asthme à mon fils. 2 : chambre supérieure de luxe. Nous avons loué cette chambre avec ma femme espérant avoir une jolie chambre comme sur les photos du site. Ce n est absolument pas le cas. Vous avez une chambre standard tout ce qu il y a de plus simple mais en aucun cas DELUXE SUPÉRIEURE. Vous êtes à 5 mètres du restaurant donc vous avez toutes les nuisances sonores et à 7h30 du matin on a le plaisir d être réveillé par la musique du restaurant. Merveilleux quand on veut faire la grâce matinée pendant vos vacances. Et de l autre cote de votre chambre vous avez le centre de massage avec une vue sur la ventilation du climatiseur (voir photo ci jointe) et en plus vous avez le droit à la musique ZEN quand les personnes se font masser. Vraiment on est très très loin de ce qu on peut espérer quand on vous présente les photos sur le site de l hôtel.

There are two sea front cottages that are located near their pool farthest from the front desk. One is more near the front of the property along the ocean, but neither has a bad view. This was our favorite property from our trip. We wished we would have stayed longer. Plus the food was AMAZING, and the staff were all so lovely.
Yes, they have both Hatten and Plaga local wines (I did not try them though). They can prepare gluten free meals as well, you just need to ask the staff.
