I stayed at the villa towards the end of my travels and was impressed, the villa is very nice - it is effectively a luxury villa with four bedrooms that are rented separately. The two brothers are helpful, friendly and professional. I knew that the villa was away from it all, that was one of the attractions. Food is arranged for breakfast and you can get a range of other food prepared and brought in - I would certainly suggest that you get the indonesian chicken dish as it tasted great. The swimming pool is lovely, a perfect size. All in all this is a great venue for a couple, or a lone traveller looking to escape (I was both my girlfriend joined halfway through) Taxis are cheap (providing you agree a price first) so getting to neighbouring areas is not a problem (at least I did not think so). I would return, and would recommend people to stay here. It is a small, high quality family run place and therefore pride is taken in the property and service.…

We have been there for one week and really felt at home in This quiet and prety villa! The staff received us giving all the information that we needed to be comfortable in Bali! We rented a moto bike there (and it is really necessary) , to start to discover The island from there ... The room was very clean and quiet, the contact with nature is constant . I just improved the breakfast menu... Continental buffet with some indonesian food Is my suggestion! If you are in couple or friends stay there, much better than a common hotel! I spent 4 nights at this amazing house, I really liked it, of course the location is not super near from the city center but I wanted a peaceful and quiet place and I for sure got what I wanted. Its near the famous Echo beach so surfing and relaxing next to the beach was no problem either. The staff is super friendly and they helped me with all my questions as best as they could. I for sure would recomend it for couples or friends but not really sure it will be the best if you are traveling solo. The rooms are very clean and the spaces are perfect. Indeed the breakfast could be improved and the internet signal in 2 of the rooms is pretty weak, but besides from those two things I found It great.

So this is what happened... We were a group of 9 excited to go to Bali, the pick up was on time and friendly. After reaching the Padi House, which took forever, we were all impressed by the villas interior. We were quite hungry and wanted to enjoy a drink or two... these facilities were not available and all the stores nearby were already closed. So... the next day we end up wasting our whole morning to get to central Bali. Having said that, half of our trip was wasted in the car which left us no time to enjoy the actual villa. Breakfast is served at 9, and not before. So, if your planning to be an early-bird you will not be able to enjoy breakfast with their smiling morning staff. I woke up oneday at 7am to have my breakfast, and found the owner suddenly yelling at me and telling me, they cant serve breakfast early and that if i did not like it, he could return the money to me and i can leave. Moreover, when my female friend from France wanted to discuss some issues with the owner, he simply said that he doesnt want to speak to any woman. Finally, although the villa is very clean there were a few cockroaches which managed to walk around on the bedroom ceiling and the toilets.…

My partner and I bought a deal on Groupon for the Padi House Villa in Bali, a bit dubious as to what we would find as it was a really great deal...almost to good to be true! We booked our flights and were lucky enough to find the accomodation at Padi House was available for the dates we wanted - 7 nights. All was organised via email and on arrival to Bali we were met at the airport by the transfer organised by Padi House..very good driver. We arrived at the Villa and we most certainly were not dissappointed. The pictures on the website don't do it justice...the real Villa we thought was better in fact. The Villa was very well appointed - clean & modern fixtures and the daily breakfast we found was delicious and satisfying and set us up for the day. The staff were warm, friendly and most welcoming. It was a home away from home, set amongst the rice padi fields. Nothing was a problem for the staff, they were helpful and informative and took care of all our needs....no worries! They organised a scooter for us to hire for the week at an extremely reasonable price (NZD$30!) so we were mobile to all the local sites and beach restaurants. They organised drivers for our further afield trips and the massages were great! We would definately stay here again and highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting a tranquil, idyllic and peaceful accomodation in Bali - it would be great for a family accomodation as well...the kids would love the pool!.…
