Hotel ini terletak sangat dekat dengan lokasi jalan mal yang nyaman. Dan pemandangan lembah yang luar biasa dapat dilihat dari jendela hotel (kamar Super Deluxe). Kamar luas, bersih dan dengan tempat tidur yang nyaman. Layanan dan kerjasama dari staf hotel sangat mengecewakan.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your comments with us and for choosing our hotel as your accommodation choice during your recent visit to Shimla. We are extremely concerned to learn of your disappointing experience during your recent stay and would like to apologize for the inconveniences you have experienced. We do take all guest feedback seriously and investigate the areas of concern highlighted, to take the opportune measures with the aim of avoiding such inconveniences in the future. I have investigated with my staff and the issue was a delay in Breakfast on the day of your check out. As a standard operating procedure of the room service we intimate all guests that orders take a minimum of 25 minutes to reach the room, as we prepare fresh food as per the order. In case of a early morning departure we take the breakfast order in the evening prior to the checkout so as to facilitate a smooth and hassle free departure of all our guests. All of the above steps were also followed during your stay but, the breakfast order was placed at the room service at the last minute and despite a time crunch was served in the room. I sincerely hope you accept my apologies on behalf of the staff incase you were inconvenienced during your stay at the hotel. Looking forward to welcoming you again. Warm Regards Kunal Kapila

They do have parking space some 100 meters away from hotel which can accommodate around 6 cars. One hatchback can also be parked right in front of hotel! You can either drop off from car right at the hotel and let them park it for you or directly park it and have them pick up all your luggage. I do recommend calling them before reaching so that they are aware and prepared for you. Happy Travelling!

No but they have heaters and also electric bed heaters/warmers
