We stayed here for one night it was amazing. The views are exceptional and the rooms are really fab. They are super clean with lovely bathrooms. The bed was super comfortable. There are lots of mossies but there are nets and plenty of other deterrents supplied. We ate at the sister restaurant for both dinner and breakfast and the food was amazing given where we were. This place was one of the highlights of our holiday.

This hotel is a beautiful location. When the weather is good the views are lovely. It seemed quite basic. We were there two nights. Our shower never had hot water. It was going to be 'fixed' the second day and we had to leave our key behind. On our return we were told it was fixed, but it wasn't. We still had only very cold water. We noticed that our bags were not quite as we left them, and on investigation we found that 2 50 us dollar notes were missing.After the second morning our toilet and tissue ran out and was not replaced. The hotel manager as informed and there was an investigation. Unsurprisingly no person owned up to taking the money. The hotel manager very kindly offered us a refund of 50%.

Fabulous concept : feels like being in full jungle up on hillside : 3 sides of villa in floor to ceiling windows and double balconies allows for amazing views across to the volcano and the ocean. Lots of mossies, but Mosquito net and lots of products supplied for both indoors and outdoors , so no problem
