We had a lovely time here. Though we are just a couple, we stayed in the tend with 4 pax occupancy as there is private toilet within the tent. Great food and service.
Beautiful walk within situgunung
Highly recommend to take the guided Lemba Purba hike. Stunning view. Fun and challenging trails. Our guide, Denny, was excellent. He has great knowledge of the trails and history of the sites, and very attentive.
For light sleepers, please bring earplugs and request the furthest end of tent, pangrango 6-8.
Though a few areas could be improved, such as:
- tea, coffee and sugar served in the tent should be kept in sachets form for hygiene purposes - should be using toilet paper instead of the other type of tissue - mattresses should use waterproof cotton top layer mattress protectors for easy maintenance and longer lasting hygiene. - pillows and bolsters should also have protectors (some sort of inner cover layer) for cleanliness - umbrella available at every tent as it rains most late noon to early evening
Advisable to bring hairdryer for those needing it. Extra water bottles as it only provides 4 bottles each day per tent with 4 pax occupancy. Bring your own drinks, snacks, even light meals incase wanting to eat outdoor within the camp’s compound. You mayb bring small stove to cook instant noodle or what knots
Light cardigan is advisable to bring. Not freezing cold, just slight chill
We definitely will return with our kids to this place and take the lembah purba hike with them
