Sweet staff, unique location, privacy of the houses, yummy food, adventurous pick up with scooter, beautiful restaurant, excellent service. Loved the wooden houses near the pool at the back of the warung. Loved Babu, Putu and all staff members, and went back later in our trip for lunch. This warung is so great, hard working people and such a nice ambiance. It was only a pity that we had rather wet weather here. But is was certainly no punishment to stay here in the evenings and play a game and enjoy the lovely meals.

I firstly want to say that 4 nights for me was not enough. Next time i will spend my entire time in Bali here. The place is a quick ride from the bustling city centre to the quiet rice fields where Sweet Orange Pondok is nestled. The service is incredible. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, the sweetest kindest people. From making sure we had everything we needed, to offering us lifts to and from the location. The restaurant food is better than some of the food we had in the city. Super fresh, healthy and tasty. The views are beautiful, from the lush green hills and rice fields, the bubbling brook near our villa and the gorgeous garden and pool. The rooms themselves are simple but so cosy, cool and private. I really enjoyed our brisk walks in the dark rice fields into the city each night with only fireflies leading the way. So unforgettable! Highly recommend! Thank you to everyone at Sweet Orange Pondok to Putu and her team in the kitchen, the garden, massage etc. Many blessings to a beautiful space and people !…
