Quiet and beautifully furnished hotel with lovely gardens and a perfect view of the Ganges. Very attentive and caring staff, excellent home cooked food. Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely return here if we visit Varanasi again.

This Ashram was one of the best experiences of my life. It was peaceful, enchanting, and most importantly the people are full of love and dedicated to making you feel special and taken care of. It is also right next door or part of I’m not sure an Ayurvedic hospital/spa . That has the most amazing treatments including a homeopathic medicine. I have paid 5 times the amount to stay in a place this special and no where I have stayed comes close to this experience.

The hotel was good. The hospitality was fine and the buffet breakfast was decently good.
The service manager Manali was polite enough to serve us.
The room were spacious and the bedding was good enough to not break your back.

We booked this hotel with very high hopes as it is part of Royal Orchid group but our experience is very bad here. First of all it is far from main Varansi and no one knows about it. No cab is ready to go there so first challenge was to reach there. We were booked in cottage and they provided a smart TV without any cable connection or any app subscription. So you can’t use the TV. Water supplied in room is RO water and not mineral water. They claim to have mini fridge in each room but same was missing. There is no buffet breakfast or dinner all they offer is fixed breakfast with limited items. Dinner is served with a simple veg thali. Now you are confined within this small property as no cab/ auto are available for visiting places or airport. You literally get stuck at this property. There is no direct access to river Ganges from the property. When checked out no uber/ola were available for airport drop. Waited for an hour finally got the cab through hotel at double the price. It is not at all worth the money they charge

An amazing and blissful stay at @saptpuri by Royal Orchids. From a busy rustic feels of the ancient city , you walk into serene charms of this place that has so much to offer ; the melody of swans ; the sheer beauty of watching a peacock dancing in your balcony ;the uniquely warming interiors and above all the calmness that this place has to offer . Special mention to @chandan , the hospitality staff who made us feel like home
