Booked 3 Nights, want to change room after seeing how incredibly dirty and disgusting it is. The newly offered room is also dirty. Want to pay only for 1 night and ask for refund the other days. Staff is friendly, but say they can't help, we have to call Agoda. We contact Agoda to initiate the refund process. Agoda contacts the Hotel, Hotel staff says Guests refused to take the newly offered Room. Refund refused. Stay away from this Hotel. Quality and cleanliness is well under it's Priceclass. We have the feeling that only the linen have been changed after the last Guest. Everything Dirty.
