Dear Bazze, Thank you for your comments and we take them on board. For the channels, we already checked with our supplier and the repairs have been done. I sopke also to the Maintenance manager who assured me that he will retrain his staff to avoid a reoccurence of the AC incident. Does this hotel offer an airport transfer shuttle bus?
Dear Guest, We do have a shuttle to and from the airport, there is a fee for a normal shuttle and another for a private one. Please contact our resrevation service and they'll arrange it for you with the different fees. Best regards

Does each room have a hair dryer built in to the wall?
Hi! I stayed in the hotel on September '16 and it accepts debit cards. However, the currency of the country is not euros... It is the Ariary Malgache, which you can exchange at Antananarivo's airport. The hotel has an additional laundry service, which you can pay separate. All rooms have shampoo and body wash included. I hope it helps!

Dear Catey, We don't do transportation outside Airport-hotel-Airport but we can recommend a driver we work with and we know he's very reliable. When you arrive, we can arrange that for you. Looking forward to welcoming you. Best regards

Does this hotel have a laundry facility?
We do have a laundry service but not a dry cleaning one. The reason we wait until the guest is requesting it back is because we used to bring it straight away wen cleaned but some guests said they never received them hence the new procedure. I know some guests don't like it but it's to avoid any loss. Kind regards
