Dear client, First of all, don't be disrespectful to our country's security measurements and compare it to "criminals" that is just plain rude. It’s a normal standard procedure. This is the first time ever we see such remark and it's just distasteful. Now that we cleared that out, we'd like to go through the following: 1. It’s clearly mentioned at the front desk that the check-in is at 15:00 and that’s not just a Moroccan thing, all over the world there’s a specific time set to check-in so the room can be ready and prepared for the arriving guests. However, you’ve came with a certain attitude and you just wanted your room although it was ready and fit for purpose. 2. We serve the food for our All-Inclusive as a buffet so there’s a variety of food choice for all of our clients. 3. It’s that kind of behaviour that we don’t want our clients to have. It’s clearly stated on the signs to not reserve sun beds if you’re not using them at the time. So you were part of the problem as well. 4. It’s a North African country, the weather is hot. There will be bees and insects. 5. It’s not” the way we work”, the fridge at our bar was broken for a few days and we’ve personally apologized from our clients for the inconvenience. Now, it’s up and running. We’re serving cold beer. 6. The snacks brought by the pool are for the kids and people who face difficulties running from one place to another. Therefore, we make it easy for them serving by the pool. It’s not for everyone. The rest of our clients can have their snacks at the restaurant. There’s enough for everyone. 7. Our hotel earned its four stars and we are making many improvements to make it five. We hope we clarified all of the points mentioned and we wish you came to our hotel with an open mind. As for the cockroaches we are in the final process of getting rid of all the issues of this sort. It’s due to the hot weather but we did manage the situation. Hi I'm looking at booking this hotel for my family. What drinks are included in your all inclusive?
Sorry can’t answer that one as didn’t have all inclusive although the hotel and food was not bad however the location is not good for families unless you intend to sit by the pool all day as it is quite away from the centre of Marrakesh you will need to get taxi’s to everywhere. The Spa was good and there are a couple of restaurants attached which are very good as with all inclusive theses are not part of the package. They will provide you with a safe if there isn’t one in the room

Bonjour Alors j’ai vu tout les points négatif et franchement pour ma part y’a pas de quoi s’inquiéter... Les chambres sont nettoyer tout les jours les serviettes changer tout les jours également.. Après le soir il y a des blattes dans le couloir mais ça ne m’a pas déranger après c’est le pays de ses animaux Et puis l’hôtel on y va que pour dormir on ne vit pas la bas donc franchement pour dormir c’est largement bien et le petit déjeuner est très bien aussi En tout cas moi j’ai trouver le matelas très très confortable et les draps très propre Voilà pour moi après à vous de voir si vous avez d’autres questions n’hésiter pas
