Thanks so much for sharing your experiences. I regret you did not find the coffee and tea making facitlies, they are located in the drawer of the desk. Our executive rooms come with a fully stocked and complimentary minibar,as well as complimenatary breakfast, newspaper and guaranteed city view. I do apologize we did not clean your room yet upon your retun. Stayover rooms are generally cleaned after deparing rooms in order to have rooms available for new arrivals in time. Therefore, regardless of whether we have a full house, you might sometimes find your room to be cleaned in the afternoon rather then morning. Though, never hesitate to request your room to be serviced as you did, our team will be of service immediately.

Dear Griffinizza, Thank you for choosing our hotel and for your question. How nice of you to think a few steps ahead to ease your mothers travels. Please note that it depends from the cruise terminal your ship will depart from how long it takes to get there. The closest terminal, on the right side of the central station are 5 minutes walking distance away from the hotel, by taxi it is the same. The terminal on the left side of the main train station are 25 minutes of walking and a 10 minutes taxi ride. Dear Stacey, Thank you for your interest in our hotel and your question. Unfortunately it is, due to security reasons, not possible to stay with three persons in a standard guest room. For three persons, it is only possible to stay in one of our Junior or Executive Suites. Extra bedding will be necessary in this case and will be charged with 80 Euro per night. Is breakfast included for Hilton Honors members.

Please note that the breakfast only is included for our Diamond Hilton Honors members as well as our Gold members who chose for the MyWay Breakfast option upon check in. First tier members and Silver members will have to pay for the breakfast. Furthermore, breakfast might be included depending on the room category you are planning to book. Can windows be opened in room? thank you.
Dear Cathy, Thank you for your questions and interest in our hotel. It is indeed possible to open windows in most of our guest room - however, not all of them. This disregards the floor the room is on. Due to security reasons the windows can only be opened several inches.
