It is really unusual to receive comments from Platinum Members over Tripadvisor due the fact they have they own personal Marriott care system who come back to us directly. It is true that when we do have some groups tends to come in the same hour at the breakfast and unfortunately on this short period of time it can happened that we run out of time to complet the buffet. Kami sangat kecewa dengan hotel ini. Formica selesai, tanggal properti dengan fitur yang tidak berfungsi dengan baik, tempat tidur juga tidak nyaman. Corredors dalam proses perbaikan tetapi tidak ada tanda-tanda pekerja untuk menyelesaikan.

We are currently renovating our corridors to continuously improve our guests' satisfaction. Our concierge desk is opened from 7am to 10pm. At midnight, it is the night receptionist who is able to assist our guests with concierge requests. It is very important for our team to ensure that our guests start their day right at the breakfast room and our restaurant team usually do its best to make our guests feel welcomed and well lokked after, I am sorry you did not feel so. Hello, we have reservation for 2 nights: December 29, December 30. I had read reviews about that there are some problems with heating. Is this problem resolved? Or we have to book somewhere else? We know how cold is Paris during winter time. If the room is cold mostly like our body wil get afect and probably get sick with cold (something that we do not want )
Should be fine! Worst case as a backup, there will definitely be space heaters and fans if the rooms are too cold or too hot! Enjoy your trip!

Hi! Is there an extra charge for 1 child (10yrs old) sharing the same bed with us? Booked 1 Superior Room King bed (without breakfast) for 2 adults but planning to bring our daughter with us.
Dear SangCo, The Executive Room will be the only type able to receive 3 peeople inside with an extra bed. And the Superior only 2 people. Sincerely,

Wow, after reading some of the recent reviews, I am nervous about staying at this hotel. Did you experience the a/c not working problems many have complained about? Are the rooms clean? and do you know anything about the laundry service. They say to do laundry is 8 euros, but not clear on whether that is per item, or bag. Going to be staying for 12 days and trying to pack light. Thank you for some honest feedback if we should stay here or the Vandome instead!
Our a/c was working fine. The room was clean and housekeeping was good. We only stayed for 3 nights, but had a very pleasant experience. We would stay there again.

I booked my travel through Monograms (Globus family) and upgraded to this hotel. I was wondering what kind of room is assigned for visitors who book through Monograms? My fiancé and I will be staying there for 6 nights for our wedding in September and will be having people there to help us get ready so I’m curious of room size...
