We arrived in Bubaque for 4 days and we stayed in this megally friendly hotel that I highly recommend. The rooms were cleaned. We had a warming welcoming thanks to Cisse and Dingo ;-) they were always here to help us. In the evening the hotel turns to an amazing local ambiance with all the bubaque village joining for a drink and diner. The food was delicious and I recommand the “toto cocktail” (it s a secret receipt made by the bar tender). You will love this place

Fiquei alojado no novo Mango Lodge depois de ser muitas vezes cliente dos donos anteriores, quando se chamava Casa Dora. A transformação que a Mimi fez ao local foi incrível, criando um espaço extremamente agradável, bonito e com uma decoração que não nos tira da Guiné, mas sim nós emerge ainda mais na cultura local. Os dois restaurantes que servem o hotel São também excelentes, a comida é variada e óptima, a um preço bastante razoável. Eu fiquei alojado durante duas semanas numa viagem em trabalho e foi a situação perfeita. Todo o staff era muito simpático e prestável, dou 5 estrelas!

Logement traditionnel très bien équipé, propreté irréprochable. Idéalement placé au centre ville, bonne ambiance et nourriture au top. Cet hôtel a rendu notre séjour super, rempli de convivialité et d’authenticité, à ne pas manquer pour un séjour à Bubaque

I absolutely loved my stay in the "mango room", a cosy room with beautiful garden views. It was lovely to hear the birds chirping in the morning and afternoon. Cool during the day and close to the beach for the hottest days. Nice and friendly staff, and Mimi is a great host, always suggesting an array of activities to occupy the days. Great food and a restaurant/bar to eat comfortably with local music and tradicional bijagos dance in the weekend. The bijagos art gallery in the hotel was a great option for souvenirs and to understand more about the bijagos culture. Great quality and prices, i am happy i chose to stay here and i am definitely planing to come back!
