Poor Information

We recently stayed here on a coach trip. On returning from a day our we found our room had not been cleaned or made up. On complaining we were told we should have left out the "Clean Room" sign. Of all the hotels all over the world I have never known this to be a requirement. We were told that it was stated on a document we were handed on "check-in" BUT we were never handed this document. The hotel staff were not very apologetic. The food was quite good but for a two night stay we did not expect the same vegetables on each night
