This hotel does not live up to its branding, other than the welcome cookie. The beds were average, only one style of pillow available per our call with the front desk. There was only 1 chair in our upgraded Deluxe King room, and the room is so small that my husband and I had to strategically move around each other to pass in the room. The bathroom had mold in the shower. The hallways were dated, and the walls and doors showed a lot of scuff marks, carpet worn. Other guests left trash bags in the hallway which were not picked up. Overall, the hotel felt dirty and dated. I was never able to connect to WiFi. There is a restaurant that is advertised as open for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Food options are limited and poor quality. We arrived at 3 PM, very hungry. The restaurant was closed from lunch, and did not re-open for dinner until 7:30 PM. A large grocery is across the street, would recommend that over eating at the hotel. Breakfast included scrambled eggs that poured off the serving spoon, and an orange juice dispenser that put out straight water. Ice was available 1 paper cup at a time from the bar, and only when the bar was open. The airport shuttle requires reservations at least 24 hours in advance. There is no way to communicate via Hilton app, and hotel did not respond to email queries prior to 24 hours ahead of arrival. We also had some last minute arrival questions, and never received a response (4 hours prior to arrival). As we are from US, and this is an Italian location, phone calls were not possible for us, so we found overall communication with this property very difficult. When we booked, this location was advertised as being an airport hotel. It is about a 30 minute drive from the airport, and if traveling by European public transportation, is almost impossible as part of a commute. We used this hotel as a departure point returning to United States from Italy, where we were utilizing public transportation. In attempting to arrive, we were not able to get the hotel to respond to us regarding shuttle pick up to the hotel. We ended up taking train transportation to the airport, and then spent about $120 on Uber to the hotel (taxi was more expensive). The hotel did provide shuttle on departure to the airport, which was complimentary. Unfortunately for some other travelers, the shuttle completely filled, and not everyone who was planning on shuttle service was able to obtain it. As 10+ year Hilton Diamond members, this is probably one of the most disappointing Hilton stays we have had. The hotel does not meet standards for amenities, cleanliness, food options, or communication that I would expect from a DoubleTree, or that I would expect from any Hilton property. We travel from MXP annually, and will not stay in this location again.

I stayed with my family from Sep 1 to Sep 3 with my kids. We were travelling to Italy for vacation. When we left and arrived in USA, i noticed they charged me almost $250 and made so many mistakes on our reservations. They dont give any receipts. Hotel Staff is neither polite nor rude, they are emotionless. Its a good hotel and modern too but management needs to be more proactive. I know they get so many airline crew business but this doesnt mean that u dont pay attention to regular clients. Anyway done with Hilton 100%

Do not stay here. Only 12 minutes from Malpensa airport and with Malpensa in their name, yet this hotel provides very limited airport shuttle service and no shuttles before 7am or after 8:40pm (20:40). Despite being so close to the airport, a cab to and from this airport costs over 60€, though over the phone their preferred service quoted us 45€. That’s the theme, nothing is what you expect and not in a good way. I expected the shuttle hours to match what the Hilton Honors app, but they assume everyone checks their website which conflicts with the Hilton app. They told both me and Hilton Honors customer service they would refund my stay if I canceled—after the deadline, and that’s on me—but then they didn’t and blamed a poor intern named Luca for the “miscommunication”. The General Manager claims to have tried to help, but what he meant was a worthless voucher that expired in 6 months. You expect this hotel to care about customers, instead they treat us as dispensable people to have to endure and squeeze cash out of. I will never stay in any DoubleTree again and may never use Hilton hotels again after this experience. I changed serval plans and spent hundreds of euros more because of their lack of customer care. Shame on you.

parking gratuit arrivé reception type hilton des petits jeunes hautain je demande 1 bagagiste on me reponds qu il ny en a pas je suis handicapé et je demande 1 peu d aide on me reponds que ce n est pas possible que ce n est pas le travail de la reception donc bravo je vais faire savoir sur les reseaux et dans les associations comment hilton traite les handicapés apres chambre bien lit ok grande telé 1 seul fauteuil pour 2 heureusement quel qu un du housekeeping a eu 1 peu de compassion pas pris de pdj aucune envie de leur laisser de l argent en plus check out du meme style

Hilton come catena non ha bisogno di presentazioni, la camera ed i servizi sono i classici omologati, di alta qualità, in stile Hilton. In particolare ho apprezzato la gentilezza della receptionist ed il ristorante, la qualità del cibo era veramente ottima, peccato solo la sala sia molto informale e cenare mentre apparecchiano per la colazione non sia poi così romantico. A proposito di colazione c’è tutto ciò che ci si aspetta. Infine molto bella la crew lounge (per gli equipaggi)
