We had a wonderful tour around the Montello Tower this morning, with Michelle as our tour guide. It was fascinating, and Michelle was delightful and very knowledgeable. All the staff were friendy and accommodating. Well worth a visit!

It was an amazing and fascinating place to visit. I had never seen an Martello Tower before and it was perfect fortification. Our tour guide, Michelle, was very knowledgable and us all the attributes of the tower.
I would recommend it unreservedly for everyone.

In the beginning I thought there is nothing much to see. But after the very thorough guided tour & exploring the wonderful chambers & history, I recommend everyone must visit Tower & the beautifully area around this old Tower. Not to be missed in Mauritius 🇲🇺.

Did intend to go here. But glad I did. It's a well-kept, lovely little museum. Had a superb 1 on 1 guided tour. My guide was super helpful and knew lots of little details.
It was 100 Rs to go in and have a personal tour. So excellent value

From outside it does not look so interesting as it is inside. Nice tour guide make the history of the place real so definitely was the visit of this tower surprisingly positive .

Wonderful guide, such a well presented and displayed section of history of the conflict, between the French and English.
The skill of those stone masons, needs to be noted.

What a great place to stop for a quick history fix. Thoroughly enjoyed my guided tour and learned lots of new facts. Takes about 15mins and well worth the Rs100 entry fee.
