Nice mountain river with clear and very cold water. Locals say that is whole year about 4-7 degrees. Perfect experience swimming in that cold water. Also reccomend rafting with exetreme rafting company - also suitable for kids.

Amazing water, deep blue, very clean and perfect to sweem. It's just a thrilling place to chill, eat and camp. The surroundings are also amazing from the mountains you can see to the small villages.

A great and golden experience! Water was crystal clear and clean. The rivers shore was beautiful. Spent a whole day in nature, the bridge had history and the cafes nearby were amazing! Definitely recommend!

The cleanest river in Europe. And to the best of my knowledge also the only out countries in Greece, the river is thrown into the sea in Albania. In the past, Albanians used to collect what was washed from the river to them to learn and taste about life in the West.
The whole area is inviting for hiking and of course rafting is a great adventure for kids.

20 km away from Konitsa on the way to Micro Papigo. It is a popular place for rafting if you are interested about.

Go to Voidomatis Springs ... try to dive ! Be prepared to get so cold ! Don't miss it .. But from Vikos Village the path is 2 to 3 km

Beautiful crystal clear river for swimming or walking along or rafting. The Voidomatis river, said to be Europe’s cleanest river fed by natural springs, is easily accessed from the bridge where there is a car park. The various rafting companies meet here if you want to raft down - highly recommended. You can also swim by the bridge, but the water is pretty cold, usually 6-7c, but highly refreshing. There is also a path alongside the river from here which provides hours of walking. Lovely place, lovely river.

I used Trekking Hellas for hiking, rafting and canyoning. The team was fantastic and professional and had a great time.
Plus they are the only outdoor company in the area providing changing rooms and showers, which is a huge plus if you want to be respected and not change in a dirty van in the river's parking lot as most of the other companies do.
