Very bad service. Locals are served before tourists. I waited in the cue and others who talk Italian have been served before me. They even had more important things to do when I have been waiting there alone. But let’s begin this review at the start: When we arrived, we put down our bags on free places at the beach. I went to the bar to reserve and pay the places. Whilst I have been waiting endlessly my turn on the bar, my kids and friends have been told off by the beach boy. Then the beach boy run to me at the reception and shouted at me that I have to pay…. At the end I was there for doing exactly that, right?… Just without any attention from his friends. I could read in their eyes that they agreed on the price between the beach boy and the lady behind the bar. No price was officially written down. She was as well unfriendly. We could not pay with a 200€ bill. I ordered 4 soft drinks and 2 beers. The beers have not been served and I had to reorder. She just asked annoyed: “which ones” (without telling me what beers are available). Sorry, but I just wanted to help them by buying at their bar. After 3 hours on sun beds, the beach boy came and wanted to put us on other beds. He told that we have no right to be in those ones and wanted to put us in rear rows. There have been some Italians wanting our chairs. For showers you have to buy tokens for 1€. I have no problem with that. But waiting minutes in front of a bar to get 4 tokens is a bit long. There are 4 showers. I put in 1 token for my son. Whilst he was showering, ai inserted a second one. But no other shower started working. Not even one drop of water. We will never go back to that bar, there are other at the same beach. And it is not difficult to get a better service, as this one was below all limits. My girlfriend (black) and their kids felt an obvious racism which was as well perceived by me and my kids (white). Thank you beach boy and fratelli at the bar! Enjoy summer with your Italian friends. And remember: in tourist places you should not make a difference between black and white paying clients. We pay for your service - nothing else. At the end it’s us who pay your bills.
