The wine is great and the staff was very nice and their English was better than they thought or I expected. We only made a quick stop as I have had the wine before. It was a great little visit.

Magical and full of details
We visited Cantine Giorgio Lungarotti on the 9th of August 2021. We were a group of 13 and it was an amazing experience. Giulia explained in detail how they harvest the grapes and then produce different wines and Champaign. It was so interesting. It was a very wonderful experience that is worth visiting.

Worth visiting, excellent wine and ambiance

This was the second time we went to the Lungarotti Winery. Last year we went to several wineries and this was the only one worth going back again (in our opinion) the lady (English speaking) who did the tasting had very much knowledge about wine and was very kind and the wine is very very good for a good price. You must definitely go there and buy enough wine because otherwise you regret when you come home;-)

Great vineyard tour

We really enjoyed our tour of the Lungarotti vineyard tour. Guillia was a fantastic tour guide who really knows her stuff. She was really accommodating in the wine tasting. Providing a couple of extra tastings above the classic.
Highly recommended if you have a couple of hours to spare in the area.

Once again, a wonderful experience!
Once again we visited this unique location to attend the tour at Lungarotti. Having visited last year, we were quite excited to do the tour and wine tasting once again. Sadly when we arrived they had stopped the tour and wine tasting due to the Covid-19 crisis. Luckily, after emailing back and forth they had opened the tour and tasting on the last day of our stay in Torgiano, therefore sadly not being able to do the wine tasting as we had to drive back to Rome.

The tour itself, however, was once again a wonderful experience. The tour guide, Julia, was an incredibly nice woman who gave us a private tour throughout the building and made sure to not miss a single detail. She was able to answer each and every question that you could possibly think of, and made our tour extremely unique.

Great experience
We booked the Full Day package. This included a visit to the vineyards, visit the winery, tasting session of wines and olive oils (which were all delicious), a visit to where they do the balsamic wine, a visit to the wine museum and to finish off a delicious lunch at the winery. The whole day was a great experience of course especially the wine tasting and the lunch. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. An experience I highly recommend. Special mention and thanks to Mercedes to who did the tour with us and took care of us in general.

A must-see for wine lovers

The tour and wine tasting experience is a must-see for those who love wine. The tour itself is an hour long and takes you through the entire building with detailed stories about the processes, history, and facts about the company. The tour guides speak perfect English, are extremely friendly, and will do anything to make your tour the best it can be. The wine tasting itself is a wonderful exprience as well. You get the option of 6 different choices, depending on what types of wines you prefer, with each wine being better than the other.

Wonderful tour, people and lunch!

This is our 5th year (maybe more?) taking our group for a winery tour and luncheon. Giulia is a wonderful person and guide. She speaks perfect English and wonderfully explains the making of wine and the importance of wine in the Italian culture. Follow that with a great lunch and you have a perfect morning! Nice tour with a great guide.

We celebrated our daughters 23yrs birthday with a tour and a lunch with wine testing at Lungarotti. We enjoyed our time and one of the reasons was the great guide that with engagement and energy presented the history and then guided us throw our wine testing.

The food was ok, nothing special and little pricy. We ha expected more.
