We have been calling here frequently for the last 3 years
It is a beautiful place to visit and safe for all ages

Lovely little little beach. Whilst very busy in July and August - particularly at week ends. - it is lovely and quiet now its September and children back to school. Sandy beach and gentle slope out to sea.

We went late in the day. Car park very laid back. Nice, soft sand. Plenty of places. Lots of fish if snorkelling. Some people had gazebos, picnic tables, ice boxes - seemed to be locals. No real pretentious, just people enjoying the beach and sea

On our first visit to Murcia 4 years ago this beach was recommended, and we were hugely impressed. Not the easiest of locations to get to but well worth it. Not massive, but the beautiful contours of the land make it so natural. The sand is as good as you can find in the region.
On our second visit to the area last year we noticed it had definitely been "discovered" a bit more and especially at weekends it had become a little uncomfortably crowded. A lovely little beach bar and toilets had been added since our previous visit, which was also an indication of it becoming more popular. Having said that the new addition in no way detracted from the charm, and it was great to take a time-out with the kids and enjoy some of the fare on offer.
Our previous visits were in high summer, so obviously it was busy, but we visited in May this year and it was magnificently quiet! To be able to play football with the kids was a pleasure we simply couldn't contemplate in July or August!
I can honestly say that some of the swims I've had here are up there with the most enjoyable I've had anywhere.
It is wonderfully clean and safe and reluctantly I strongly recommend it - reluctantly because I do feel it is becoming a bit over-popular and I don't want to share!

Lovely and clean quiet beach. Not easy to find but fine with a sat nav. Great for snorkelling and paddle boarding. Pretty views.

I been visiting this beach for a number of years most recently last week. Out of season its nice and quiet with loads of room. Last week was the start of the main summer season so was far busier but there was still plenty of space to settle down and sun bath etc.
The addition of the bar last year has made it an even better place to go as you can get good food and drink.
Life guards are also on duty during the summer periods
Defiantly worth the visit if you are in the area.

Difficult to find but well worth the trip if you enjoy a beach with unspoilt natural surroundings . A small semi permanent cafe has been added since my last visit, selling snacks, drinks ice creams, lovely peaceful location .
