The show was amazing!! Fantastic story telling, hula dancing, fire dancing- incredible show. The food was fairly good, buffet style, although I wasn't overly impressed. Open bar with tasty tropical drinks and some basic desserts available too. Definitely worth the price! You sit family style so are with other strangers but that was fun too.

Great fire show. Food was just ok. HOWEVER… the seating is uncomfortable and ridiculous. I paid extra for PREMIUM SEATS which was a waste of money. We had horrible seats along with half of ALL guests (standard or premium seats) as 1/2 of us are seated backwards from the show on large round tables. You will be seated very very very close to other groups. Very uncomfortable. We went to another Lu’au the next day and the standard seating was wonderful at the other Lu’au as each group had their own table and NOBODY was seated backwards. I am sorry to say that I would never recommend THIS luau. Please look for the ones with better reviews. Better seating. Better food.

Second time , not good

Had been to this several years ago and brought our son with us this time only to be embarrassed . Food very average , seating for the price paid terrible. Hard to see over heads of tables in front and around columns. The show had the girls in glittering grass shirts rather than traditional and although they were solid dancers it lacked the good hula feel. The men were hardly in sync and two of the three not very good dancers. The audio system was terrible and hard to understand the MC. The only enjoyable part of the show was the fire dancer show which was excellent. Very over rated luau and would highly recommend the Feast of Lele instead.

We were sat at table 30 on the side of the stage under part of the building at the very last table, all we could see were the tops of the performers heads and pilings, these seats costs $382.00. The food was lackluster. This wasn’t our first luau so we had other luaus to compare it to. The couple next to us left before they finished their meal and we left early because we couldn’t see a thing. The Westin employees were great and so was the bar service. Ask to see a seating chart

Had been to other Luau's, but this was one of the best.

The show was very cool but if you’re a picky eater like I am then you probably won’t enjoy the food. The food was just ok.

The dancers and music were great. The food, served on paper plates was not good - certainly not worth the price paid. We had a table of four. One of us got sick the day before and neither the Luau nor the Westin’s concierge personnel tried ( nor cared) to return a phone call or provide a partial refund. So it was already too expensive and we ended up paying for four people while only three of us ate and watched the show. Seems like it all about trying to recover ( at the customer’s expense) from the pandemic.

SKIP IT!! OK performance, TERRIBLE food!

Offering all you can eat/drink when the food and drinks are terrible does NOT help! Our waiter was WONDERFUL -- nothing he could do about the quality of the food though. The show is 'rushed' with little 'flow' to the story. So much potential and it just failed from all angles. Several of the dancers were talented - but, as a 'group' lacked lustre (out of rhythm, and zero smiles). Sorry for the negative -- I'm pretty forgiving when it comes to performance ... but - the FOOD ... there is just no excuse for that. The dressing was tasty on the salad. :) The dessert was 'ok'. Not offering 'real' leis for sale ... such a shame. A true disappointment (does the same person own all of the different luaus? In talking with guests that attended other luaus - their feedback was the same.) KIDS might enjoy ... adults should have higher standards. Pricing is for adults though! Shaking my head.

Great Luau!

I confess I wasn't too excited to go to a luau, I thought it would just be very tourist-y and that I wouldn't like the food (I am extremely picky). BUT we had a great time. Tourist-y yes, I don't think that can be avoided, but the music/band, the dancers male and female, and the fire show at the end-wow. We were seated at our own table, social distancing may never go away?? We had a waiter who got us drinks all night and delivered our plated food throughout the evening. My family really enjoyed the food. They have photos you can have taken and then you purchase them. We just snapped a few pics on the cell phone around the stage area. There are table with crafts and clothing and jewelry for sale. The band played almost the entire night, beautiful music and voices. The last hour or so was almost constant dancing- so beautiful, hula is an art form for sure. And the fire show at the end was pretty terrific- my teen daughters were in awe. If you are looking for a luau with loads of quality entertainment and a smooth feel to the evening, this is the one!

Great show, unappetizing food

The show was one of the better ones that we've seen. The highlight was the fire torch performance at the end - that was fantastic!

What could have been better was the food. It was fine to be served family style, but it was not tasty, aside from the pork. The noodle salad was old, cucumber salad was ok, the gimchee was a nice plus, but not authentic, and the chicken was down right tasteless and overcooked. It was a waste to have so much food served to the table when we didn't like most of it.

The desserts were a disappointment, even for our kids, who pretty much love everything with sugar. Come for the show, but don't come for the food.
