Negative 5 stars if I could. Had my daughters birthday here and it was a disaster. Seriously recommend avoiding this place!!! DARK, DIRTY, UNPROFESSIONAL, STINKS, MUSIC IS FOR OLDER KIDS. Young staff working the front desk, doesn't explain how the party room works, and all 3 employees just sit at the front desk talking. No waivers signed for any kids and they over charged my credit card for the party! No one walking the floors to supervise. Pack of older kids picking on my kids that were there for my daughters birthday. Myself and parents of the kids at my party had to talk to staff about the older kids harassing them 3 different times. (Cussing, spraying the kid's w/ windex cleaners because they were in the MANAGERS OFFICE upstairs, flipping them off, and throwing food at them! These kids even came to our party room several times!) Took my husband going up there before these kids were asked to leave. Kids seemed to know the staff. Kids at our party didn't even want to jump after all of this, bad vibes, and the party was wrecked! Called the manager AK in the morning and he defended the situation!! Asked to speak with the owner, he wouldn't allow me to, or even give me a contact number. Demanded a refund for my overcharge, be surprised if that happens! NEVER AGAIN. If you're having a party I recommend somewhere else

It is now called Trampoline Sportz. Went for my nieces birthday party here. Very crowded place. The one thing I want to mention is there’s no security, we just walked in - no questions asked. There’s no communication from management, we were booked into room #2. The room smelled heavily of chlorine, couldn’t breathe. We couldn’t get inside the room for about 25 minutes. I understand that maybe the people before us may have left a mess to be cleaned by staff but they should clean with safe chemicals. Due to this we were running late leaving and instead of making an announcement in advance staff came in saying they will charge 50$ for every 15 minutes over. We had to rush to get out. Definitely not very professional, may need better management or better staff. Overall kids had fun jumping around, thanks!

Overall was decent. But could use more areas for smaller kids. We enjoyed it overall just need a smaller kid area.

You should go to Boom Shaka or Flying Circus if you want to have some free bouncing time. I also happened to learn a back flip at Flying Circus. I would not recommend this place unless the other places are to expensive or the drive is to long

We went for spring break while visiting my mom. The kids had a blast! My son is 10 years old and my daughter 6 . They had no complaints other then the two hours went by too fast. My son really enjoyed the dodgeball spent most of his time there. My daughter enjoyed the section where you have a lane to yourself to jump on and at the end and sides are trampoline s to bounce off of. Not sure what it's called. I would take my kids here again next time we are looking for something fun to do!

My 9-year-old son and I have visited this location 3 times. The first time I bought Groupons, and he brought a friend who is the same age. The friend was over the 70 pound limit, but my son was two pounds below it. On the web site, I did find a section that mentioned the weight limit, and it mentioned a special area that kids under 70 pounds could jump in, but I thought it sounded like an optional place that kids under the weight limit could enjoy. However, it is mandatory for kids under 70 pounds to jump in the special area (a section of the main trampoline area that is curtained off), so my son could not jump with his friend and was jumping with toddlers instead. Unfortunately, he wasn't found to be under weight until he had been jumping for an hour (his weight at check in was above the weight limit). I was in the main area jumping with him and his friend, and never saw him in any danger from jumpers around him. However, one of the attendants pulled him from the trampoline and made him stand on a scale and then put the under weight bracelet on him. He found this humiliating, so we left early and I was able to get a refund on the unused portion. We did not plan to go back, but then he was invited to two birthday parties there and he really wanted to hang out with his friends, so we tried it again. For our second trip, an official birthday party, we weighed him at home and he weighed more than he did the first time we went, so we hoped he would be over the weight limit. However, he was a pound short, so he was given the underweight bracelet which meant he couldn't jump with the other birthday party attendees and he could only play dodgeball if they played as private group (otherwise, he could only play dodgeball with other underweight kids and the referee). He was embarrassed again, but managed to make it through since the kids were able to play dodgeball together as a private party and part of the time was spent in the birthday party room. For the third trip, an unofficial birthday party, all the 4th graders made the weight at check in. I told the girl who checked us in about our past history with Trampoline Nation, and she was very nice. She said the scale at check in is the most important scale, and if anyone gave my son a hard time, we should come talk to her. After my son had been jumping for an hour, an attendant pulled him off the main trampoline and weighed him in front of everyone. The attendant said he was underweight and gave him the underweight bracelet. This was devastating for my son, who was the only one of the group deemed to be underweight, although not unexpected given our past history with this place. We then talked to the girl at the front desk who checked us in, and she cut off the underweight bracelet and signed his regular bracelet because she said he was over the weight limit. Then the floor attendant put the underweight bracelet back on my son and said his opinion was the only one that counted because he was the floor manager. We filled up the second hour with private dodgeball sessions again among the birthday party attendees. During my three visits to this location, I have met many people who were surprised by the weight restrictions, including a birthday party with older and younger kids who thought they could all play together, and a teenage aunt who thought she could jump with her young niece. I know the rules are in place for safety and legal reasons, and I would never want to put my son in an unsafe situation. I've witnessed him jumping safely for several hours now at Trampoline Nation in the "big kids" area so that part is a little hard to reconcile with the rules. I also don't understand why they weigh the kids at check in, and then pull them out to weigh them at different times. If they pass the weigh in at check in, shouldn't that be the end of it? Pulling kids out and weighing them in front of everyone can be embarrassing to the kids, and I would think there is a better way to handle that if it must be done. The front desk personnel, including front desk managers on two occasions, were always pleasant to deal with. However, the floor manager I spoke with on our third visit was obnoxious. I also saw him yelling at other kids who didn't seem to be doing anything terrible. The other floor attendants haven't made a strong impression either way. There should be a better way of handling the dodgeball games though. It was pretty bad on our 3rd visit. Older boys would come off the dodgeball floor and cut in front of younger kids in the private party line. The younger kids (with the underweight bracelets) were often squashed and pushed back by the older kids. Interestingly, in the 3 times I've been to this location, the only kids I've seen with underweight bracelets are age 6 or 7 at the most, other than my 9-year-old who is skinny but squarely in the healthy range for his age according to his doctor. I'm sure kids who have no problem with the weight limit have a lot of fun at this place. However, my son, even when he weighs more, will not be one of them. He has told me he never, ever, wants to go back, and has made up his own name for Trampoline Nation.

Bought a Groupon for 2 hours of jumping for $13 apiece. Was a pretty good deal, the regular prices are a bit steep.
Not sure if we came at peak hours for a Sunday afternoon but we waited in the check-in line for 45 minutes before we got in. There must have only been 9-10 families/groups in front of us, so the check-in process could be made much more efficient. The staff were all young and seemed fairly oblivious that they were moving slowly or that folks were waiting in line this long to pay and enter.
Once in, we had a good time. It was crowded and there were more lines to get in the jumping areas, but we had to wait very little to get into the main jumping area. The dodge ball and basketball/dunk hoops were fun and we all got good workouts.

Perhaps this is not our cup of tea... We went for my son's 11th birthday, just met a few friends there, didn't book a party. The line took 45 mins just to get in, we came armed with pre-filled out paperwork, guess that doesn't matter. Then paid $35 for 3 kids to stand in line for room on the trampolines. The only reason I gave 3 stars is I'd imagine its more fun when the Christmas break rush/crowds aren't there. We homeschool, so we will go check it out again when everyone else is in school to give it another shot.
