This is a fabulous little centre. We visited for a 30 minute private experience and got to fly 3 stunning birds of prey. The handler was I’m very friendly and informative, with a great sense of humour.
We then stayed for the bird flight which was also really good, die to it being winter we were in a small area but it was still a great display. We will definitely recur on the summer to see the flights in the larger field.

I booked a flying experience for my husband’s birthday and had requested a buzzard as they are his favourite birds. The staff here could not have been more accommodating and he got to fly both a common and an American buzzard! Gem, who did the session with us, was absolutely lovely, really knowledgeable, friendly and so loving and respectful to the birds. We really couldn’t have asked for any better. The centre itself is great, the aviaries are spotlessly clean and the birds clearly happy. I would recommend this experience to anyone who wants to get close up with raptors.

Excellent small birds of prey flying experience. Flew owls, kestrels, buzzard and a Harris hawk. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Our friendly falconer, Fiona was extremely knowledgeable, approachable and helpful.
Recommended for anyone who wants an enjoyable half day and likes birds.

The birds don't seem to have much room to spread their wings in there Avery especially the very large ones like eagles,it's seems quite cruel,the birds look very sad on their own ,not even a mate for company,just a couple of tree branches and very dingy ,they need more room to move about

What a great place. Spent a good couple of hours there including watching the demonstration. The birds are very well looked after and respected. An informative display and knowledgeable staff.

Fabulous Ultimate full day experience. Purchased for my dad and both me and my mum were observers and stood right next to him throughout the experience able to take many photos and video as up close.
My dad got to handle 16 different species in total throughout the day. Starting from smaller species kestrels, hawks, owls, buzzards etc right up to the larger species including a bald eagle. Staff are so friendly and very helpful answering your questions and allowing you to get the most out of your day. Highly recommend. Thankyou again all!

Received as a birthday present. Half a day yesterday. Had a wonderful experience, the lady 'commentator' was excellent, very informative on all aspects of the birds. She was very likeable and professional. Free tea/coffee for handlers and observers too. Centre within Webbs Garden Centre so plenty to do afterwards, including a cafe. This was an excellent half day and would advise anyone to take part.

I was given a half day birds of prey experience as a Christmas gift and booked it for 25th August. Weather was suspect, but we were lucky and it stayed dry. The experience was wonderful. I’ve done this type of thing before at other places, but this one was really good. The young lady falconer who was our host was brilliant - funny, informative, hugely knowledgeable and clearly loved the birds and loved her job. We got to fly 8 different birds including owls, falcons, hawks, but for me, the highlight was the buzzard. Many people will say “just a buzzard” but it is my absolute favourite bird of prey and I’ve been lucky to most of the uk species in the wild. Flying the buzzard will be a lifelong memory for me. Highly recommend this place and this experience.

We took our 5 year old grandson today for a fun day out. We and he absolutely loved it. There were many birds to see in good sized averies and all were in lovely condition. The whole park was very clean and tidy.
We went to see the bird show at 1pm and were fortunate enough to get a front seat so our grandson could see. The show was fantastic with a gentleman and lady bringing out the birds to fly along with information about each bird. Our grandson absolutely loved it when the birds flew over his head and nearly touched his hat. The show lasted about 50 minutes.
All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
We also felt that that it was really good value for money.
I would definitely recommend visiting with family or friends if in the area.

What a wonderful hour with the birds. The bird handlers clearly loved their job and the birds. It was a delightful experience and we learned a lot.

I don’t see why not . You would just pay for 2 observers. I imagine they just try to keep the groups small and manageable which helps the experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful so just give them a call or drop them an email. Hopefully you will love it as much as we did !
