Shouldn’t be allowed to put advertisement for children as my child which the age of six years old was not allowed on any rides due to height restrictions which at bottom of slide said she was correct height at top slide different height which has my child standing in queues and then refused as they can’t seem to function from bottom to top as many people experience the same problem.. would not recommend at all! Waste of money and very upset child.

We had a fun day out at the AquaShow in Vilamoura with our 3-year old daughter, so we stayed around the splash park section, which was enjoyed and had several small slides, as well as slides that could be accompanied by adults. A life guard was standing watch as well, which was reassuring.
The splash park had some wear and tear, with some paint peeling and steps being repainted in several layers of different coloured paint but no accidents were made and it was a safe space to play.
We ventured to the main pool with the wave maker for a short period too. Nice length of time in-between the waves and our daughter enjoyed playing in the shallow area. The waves were a little too much for her but it was enjoyed by everyone else there.

Went to aquashow on the 22nd sept, and despite my concerns that it might be busy it was totally dead. Which was great because it meant no queuing at all. Most rides we just walked straight on , literally just us and the staff 😂😂. Brilliant !

Amazing water park. We visited on 19 September. Good mix of thrill slides and less extreme ones. Water coaster amazing. Not busy, hardly had to queue for rides, staff friendly, plenty of lockers and sun loungers. Would definitely come again. 8 year old daughter loved it too!

We were so sceptical to go after reading the recent reviews, but hoped that with it being quieter in September that we wouldn't come up against all the problems others had. We are so glad we went!!
We arrived just after 11am and got sun loungers no problem, there were loads available. We could literally walk onto ever slide and ride with no queueing multiple times throughout the day. The slides are amazing as are the rides. So much to do for all!! Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed right up till closing and had an amazing day.
I can see though how during peak times it could be a nightmare, would not have wanted to be stood in long queues all day in the heat.
Would highly recommend during quieter times, fab day out!!

Wait times for rides were abit of annoyance as was the attitude of some of the staff in the gift shop when trying to get a locker. On the whole the Water park is well designed, plenty of rides to keep everyone entertained

The rides are good, great variety. Downside far too over crowded over 40 mins to wait per ride meaning you only get on 5/6 rides. Lockers are a nightmare, if you need a drink/food you have to keep going back which isn't ideal. Didn't make it a good experience

Can't fault the rides. All exhilarating. BUT a lack of staff members to ask directions. The food place we went to was shocking. Burger stood for so long it was cold. The Coke ended up warlm🤷 Others ran like clock work. Training needed for some.

Disappointing, arrived and it looked like it would be great fun but in reality there are no sun loungers so had to set up on hilly grassed area. The floors were horrible and the place felt dirty its was not nice. The ride queues are a joke, happy to queue for rides bit some were in excess of 1 hour it was almost as if they had let too many people in. The park had no fun factor, no music etc - Family day out and we went early as it was just not fun and pretty rubbish.

Can you pay for the lockers by card or is it cash?

Cash only. You have to go into the gift shop, pay with €10 and they give you the key. Then when you go home, take the key back and they give you €5 back
I’m trying to purchase four tickets for the park between the 17th -19th of July any one if these days, but it’s telling me that there is No availability
What do I do?!

First get a bus to Albufeira , from there you can get a bus to the Aquashow Park, although a taxi/Uber will be much quicker. By local bus it will take between 1.5 - 2hrs.
