Great stop! We truly enjoyed the tasting and conversation with the owner. It's a little place, but big on character. The 4 of us treated quite a bit. Bought a few things to bring home.

Nice Tasting Room

A visit here only involves a tasting room. It is a family run place and the tastings are very generous. I would have liked to have a peak at the distillery itself but that was not an option. They make a very good product and we bought a couple of bottles. It you want to sample a variety of distilled products and learn more about them then this would be worth a quick stop if you otherwise in the area.

John, the owner, is the nicest man! I sampled several of the moonshine flavors and ended up with blueberry and peach. Delicious!!
Heading up to Travelers Rest again very soon for more! Makes a great gift and our guests enjoy it as well!

Here's a unique stop on Main Street in charming Travelers Rest.
The family that runs this are very knowledgeable and love to share their talents and stories.
It's great spot to for gifts and unusual finds - great host gifts for the holidays.

Can’t Wait to Take Friends!

We had a great time doing the tour and tasting for our weekly date- very generous with food and drink tastings! A great way to spend part of an afternoon, along with lunch and shopping in some cute boutiques. I’m already thinking of friends to take the next time!

CBD oil..WOW!!

I am sorry to say I have not personally been there yet ( we live in Pennsylvania) but my Daughter in law Vanessa has and she brought me a present... full spectrum 1000 mgs of CBD oil!!
The first night i took it my arthritic pain was so much better and I slept almost 8 hours!!
I haven't slept more than 3 or 4 hrs at a time in years..I am not longer popping pain pills or tylenol, aleve ect ..just CBD and blue Emou creme.my pain is 90 % gone !
We are planning on coming to South Carolina next year I will going for the FULL tour!! and I need to have CBD oil shipped to me PLEASE

Birthday moonshine tasting!

I received a tasting for two for my birthday. I wasn't really expecting much but what a pleasant surprise this gift became! We throughly enjoyed every minute. A very informative history of Moonshiners. As well a how the distillery works. The tasting of the jams, jelly, pickles, peanuts and the award winning chili, and everything moonshine were delicious. Then you get down to business, 100 proof moonshine. Pace yourself the tasting pours are generous, did I mention 100 proof? 😊 of course now, I enjoy moonshine, Who knew? This family business is a must do, they spend lots of time with you and you feel like family upon leaving. Will I return? Of course!

Popped in to try homemade moonshine... so smooth! Free samples and cocktails and a wonderful host contributed to a fabulous experience. Walked out with 3 bottles. The Snakebite, Butterscotch and Pineapple were out favorites.
