We stopped by to rent an E-bike with the intention of researching for a purchase at some point in the near future. I hadn’t been on a bike in over 50 years and I was nervous and self-conscious. They were very friendly and reassuring and they didn’t make me feel foolish. In no time Ashby had me up on a bike and suggested I practice until I was confident in their back lot. I did that and in a short while my body recalled how to keep my balance while on the bike. The bike was very nice and I enjoyed the pedal assist very much. When we returned they went over the catalog and pointed out bikes that were on sale. Laurel even offered to refer us to a company that might handle wheelchair adaptive bikes for my husband should she learn of one. All-in-all we felt the day was a success and owe it to the kind and knowledgeable folks at Pedego. Thanks so much!

We rented 4 e bikes to ride on the Swamp Rabbit trail. The personnel were very helpful in explaining the operation and safety features of the bikes. Thanks to those folks we thoroughly enjoyed our ride.

Good service and the bikes worked well. Being the first time, it was difficult getting use to how it operates (not the fault of this business). Glad I tried riding one.

Laurel went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience on our e-bike adventure...and we did! The bikes are well-maintained and all the equipment we needed was provided. The bike shop is in a perfect location for easy bike access from the shop to the bike trail. We rode to Travelers Rest, had lunch there, then rode around Furman University campus and Swan Lake. Beautiful! We also went back the other way to Unity Park. It was easy to ride 22 miles on these comfortable bikes! I highly recommend this shop for it excellent service!

On a perfect autumn day in the South Carolina upstate I had a fantastic time riding a rented Pedego e-bike on a round trip journey of the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Thank you, Pedego Greenville! I have now put a Pedego Bike on my Christmas wish list.

The bike rental process is quick and easy. The trail is right there and it is a short distance ride to several attractions that you can access within the 2 hour rental window.

I reserved 2 bikes for my wife and I to try, as we are interested in purchasing some e bikes but definitely want to try out before purchasing due to price. The staff are amazing friendly and explained everything, made us feel so comfortable, offered advice as to where to go, waters, etc. will definitely purchase from them! A+ service

This was so much fun! The owners were friendly and very helpful in getting us started with the bikes and directions to the bike path. Using an electric bike is different and they really helped us learn how to use them and gave us pointers on speeds and gear usage. Will definitely go back next time in Greenville.

My cousin was visiting last weekend from England and we wanted to try something new. Neither of us had ever riden e-bikes. Laurel was great at explaining everything to us to be sure we knew what to do , whete to go, and felt comfortable before setting off. She provided as well as recommendations on where to go. We didn’t feel rushed to get back at a certain time, which allowed us to have a lovely lunch in Travelers Rest in the sunshine and ride around the lake at Furman. It was the highlight of our week together.
Yesterday my husband and I went back to Pedego and spent four hours on bikes! Again, Laurel was exceptional. I tried a different style bike this time, which was also great. We rode from Pedego up to TR, had a nice relaxing lunch, then rode back through downtown, all the way to Feris and Cleveland before heading back to Pedego, a total of 26 miles. It was another spectacular day.
