I like Shoppes at Montage for the various options and outdoor shopping. Was at the Glamour Nails and it was anything but glamorous. I confess I don’t get my nails done regularly so was looking forward to mani/pedi with my daughter and sisters for a girls day after brunch since we’ve not been together due to COVID-19 concerns. My lady gave me the pedi first and it was adequate at best for the $$. No real relaxing as the chair is wonky and can’t regulate the controls and the water was warm with nothing inside to soak in like bath or Epsom salts. My very brief pedi was done and now shuffle on the the front for the mani. Nothing fabulous or relaxing about this either. Opted for gel so as to get the maximum duration for the experience. $90 later and my two nails are already chipped and I haven’t been hand washing dishes or cleaning the house as did all that pre-appointment. My daughter had a similar experience showing her girl a pic of what she wanted and it was clearly not what she was hoping for. Another $90 and she also had a sub-par experience as well. If you want a fast and non-personal or non-relaxing experience then this is the place for you. Shuffle you in like cattle to get the maximum # of clients in to suck up your hard earned money. Stay away and opt for someplace better where you actually get what you pay for.

The pandemic has been hard on a lot of retail venues but Montage has done a great job of maintaining social distancing and mask-wearing. Shops are open and accommodating and highly recommend visiting. Took advantage of some great sales today!
