I took this tour...wait, I am the coach operator! I drove this tour and our guide with the same first name as mine, Tim, lead us around Amish Country in Lancaster PA on Nov 18,2023. Simply fascinating! Tim the guide was excellent! Very informative as to the daily habits and lifestyle of the Amish. Reasonable souvenirs, pretzels and other baked goods to die for, the tour was one I'll never forget. Thanks!

This tour was a great experience overall. The tour guide was interesting and entertaining. I learned a lot about the Amish that I didn't know before. We got to stop at a few Amish owned stores that I never would have known about. I also enjoyed walking around the farm and getting the house tour.

This was a very interesting tour. The guide was very good. Would recommend to anyone visiting to do it. The gave loads of information and it was very interesting to hear about the lives of the Amish people.

We had a great time. Very interesting and the tour guide provided us with a lot of history. Loved stopping at the Amish businesses.

Bus tour of Amish farms was so much better than if we had tried to plan it on our own. Our tour guide Rose was very pleasant and included interesting information about the farms and businesses and their owners as we passed. Everything was organized, and the bus was comfortable. Tim who gave us the tour of the house had a great sense of humor and seemed to really enjoy providing interesting information.

The female tour guide was amazing. She spoke very clearly and pleasantly. She was clear with the tour rules and she was a very safe driver! It was educational and enjoyable tour to go though the Amish country to learn all about the culture and customs. The tour took about 1 1/2 hrs on the bus and afterwards, there was a in house tour taken by tour guide named Craig. He was very friendly and patient with us and made the tour very pleasant and enjoyable. The place is very clean and organized. I wish we had more time outside of the tour place as there are lots to see outside of the building but by the time the in house tour ended, it was dark outside to it was time for us to go. I highly recommend this tour to anyone!!

This tour is definitely worth the visit and you do get your money's worth. They make three stops to well known Amish and mennonite businesses and the shopping and selections are great. I just wish we had more time to shop, but I understand they have to keep a tight schedule. The Amish are very accepting of tourists and they are very kind, helpful and courteous. However, I find it very sad that a Target and big box businesses are built right next to a historical home and farm.

The tour guides did a great job explaining Amish life to our three grandchildren. They made it interesting and kept our attention. Then

Yes, we are open 7 days a week. Keep in mind, the Amish do not work on Sundays we are open for tours on Sunday!

The house tour itself takes about 45 minutes. You'll also need time if you'd like to look around the farm. ( I didn't do this, so don't know how long it would take.)

Hi! All our tours depart from our farm (2395 Covered Bridge Drive) Here are 3 ways to get to our farm.
1. Schedule a pickup service with us! We will pick you up from the train station and drop you off again after your tour. Our pickup service must be reserved 24 hours in advance. Call the farm to schedule this service. (easiest and cheapest way)
2. Take an Uber or Taxi from the station. (This can be very costly)
3. You can also take the public bus. Bus #14 from the Queen Street station to Rockvale Square. (You must take a taxi/uber from the station to the bus station)

Correct! You buy the ticket and we give you the tour time. However house tour times do follow a pattern. The first house tour of the day is 45 minutes after the opening hour. The last house tour of the day starts 15 minutes before we close. For example when our opening hours are 9-6pm, this would be the schedule of house tours: 9:45, 10:45, 11:45, 12:45, 1:45, 2:45, 3:45, 4:45, 5:45.

Unfortunately, I am not sure. I know there were people on my tour that didn't speak English however, there was no guide that spoke anything other than English.
