Great night out with the girls - loads of fun and a little win - food ok not a lot of choice but why would there be in a bingo hall

Very short staffed, I come every Saturday and the cocktails are usually ok, today was a joke, £29 for two pitchers supposed "sex on the beach" gross.

I love this place perfect night out for me and my sister never lets us down - although we never win that's all part of it we have great food and really enjoy the atmosphere

Amazing evening with friends. Struggled with the mecca max. Lewis bless him, helped with purchasing and using the max machine for crediting our accounts. A note was left with security, saying how helpful he was. He's a credit to the team.

A lovely bunch of staff at this bingo club. All very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. They all work extremely hard and I hope they realise people appreciate what they do. I hope the management appreciate what they do! They all deserve a pay rise!
The food is always very good.
Only criticism the WiFi in there is terrible. You are supposed to be able to order your food via the app and this hasn’t worked for months! Apparently the WiFi is not good enough well I think the “big bosses” at Mecca should get this sorted! In this day and age you should be able to order drinks and food via the app! And have decent WiFi in the club. Other than that the club is great well worth a visit if you haven’t been and you love your bingo .

As a company we are looking into the strength of our WiFi signals in clubs. There is a plan to update the current system and Brierley Hill will be a part of this project. We totally agree that our valued members should be able to use the App should they wish.
