It was great many years ago before they allow pets into the stores and restaurants. For someone who like to eat/ drink in peace at starbucks (without being sniffed at) after a stroll of shopping, this is very unpleasant.

Just imagine 5 dogs in the outlet at the same time. Barking at each other while we were deciding between A or B of items to purchase. I ended up not buying both because it was so uncomfortable and loud.

It should be a fun shopping experience for everyone and not just the pet owners.

Do not shop in US Polo Assn shop. Rudest store manager named Jo is the absolute worst I have ever come across in my entire retail experiences. Also they don’t like to give refunds on faulty goods and will verbally abuse you if you query them as to the reason why. If you value your money and expect good customer service support then avoid this shop. Had to take my complaint up with to head office who were more helpful.

Lots of free parking, range of shops, lots of places to eat. Easy for prams and can take dogs too. Wonderful day out

great shopping spot! the outlet is brilliant, they have anything and everything yoiu can think of! the ugg shop and nike store always have decent bargains i got a pair of the ultra mini uggs for £89 which is such a good price compared to buying them online for £135! THE ONLY PLACE I DO NOT RECOMMEND IS ED'S DINER AVOID WHERE POSSIBLE🤮🤮🤮

Amazing shopping experience , we found so many places to shop at , we went there with the intention of purchasing just a couple of things but ended up spending a lot more … but it was worth it we got some great savings and top quality items , we fully recommend a visit I’m sure you won’t be disappointed there is literally something for everyone

The staff there … well most of the staff there … are lovely and friendly, we won’t let the poor experience from one of the food places there spoil this review we enjoyed the rest of the time there and spent around 6 hours shopping

Lots of designer shops, unsure of outlet as this suggests that you are going to grab fantastic bargains. Like other outlets I have visited the price tag shows huge price with massive discount but some of the items I looked at I have seen on sale or offer in stores for less than being sold for in the outlets so unsure of this being a grab a bargain place. Plenty of places to get something to eat whatever your taste and a huge children's playground and plenty of parking.

Lots and lots of designer shops although not quite so sure on the outlet element, this suggests that you are going to receive massive discounts. Like other outlets I have visited there is a huge price then a marked down price so yes looks like you are getting a bargain but some of the items I looked at I have seen on sale or on offer in stores for less, so not sold on that idea. There is a big children's play area, plenty of places to get something to whatever your taste and lots of parking, I did see a sign for Premier parking costing £5 buy I don't know what you get of this.

ALL SAINTS - called into All Saints 22/2/23 looking for a dress for a wedding I was attending at the weekend, the two girls on the shop floor were so helpful nothing was to much trouble for them, choosing an array of dresses for me to try on and then looking for different sizes just to see how they looked. Finally giving me their honest opinion to help me choose the right one for the occasion. I can honestly say I have never had this experience whilst I have been shopping before just to say that it made my day and I am totally made up with the final choice of dress

Very disappointed with the choice of shops for ladies' wear. Most clothing stores were either men's or sports shops. Won't be visiting again. Nothing like it was a few years ago.
