“Elegant, fine food on a beer budget”

From linen tablecloths to a super charming and professional wait staff this place was a big surprise in little sleepy Tepic. By American Standards this place is cheap...less that $20 for two entrees and 2 beers. I really liked the half indoor-half outdoor table we had. We had hamburgers and french fries after eating Mexican food for months. And it was one of the best burgers I've ever had outside of California. A short walk from the city center, this place was a good choice for us.

I love it because I could take a hike in the moorning and have a beautiful view of the city and also because you could breath clean air

Good for exercise, great views and different levels.

If you are visiting Tepic, Cerro de San Juan offers a great option if you like to do exercise surrounded by nature. Make sure to use proper clothes. Early in the morning temperatures could be low. If you are getting to the top early you will enjoy great views of the city. There are different stops and as you rise to the top you can find different kind of nature. Please don´t go by yourself and try to visit it with company. Bring your water and lunch if you are planning to stay for a long time over there. Please take back your rubbish.
