While taking a Fall getaway in Corning NY we stumbled across this wonderful gift shop..the staff was amazing.. ..helpful and i cant wait to go back.Many things to choose from and a fantastic candy case ..yum.

The staff was very friendly and I found so much to look at it was hard to only go thru the store once. Got some great Chocolate and a beautiful card for my Husbands birthday.

Bright and sunny inside. Everything from greeting cards and souvenirs to all kinds of nick nacks. Reminds me of an old time general store but without the groceries.

We popped into Connors after browsing a few stuffy, overpriced shops, and were instantly happy. There really is something for everyone, and prices for every budget. The chocolate counter is stunning but I really had to be brutal to myself and left without buying any. They sell upscale, also affordable items, and the quirky unusual. Even some gift soaps with hilarious naughty labels. Very fun shop.

This is a local shop that has just about everything you can think of from clothing to chocolates to bath products. Good place to find souvenirs and nice gifts.

This is a cute shop on Market Street where you can find something for everyone. They have everything from Vera Bradley bags to bracelets, specialty candies, t-shirts, shot glasses, and even a small "men's section" with things like Poo-purri. It is a small town store so the prices are on the higher side for some specialty items (such as $15 for a pair of socks), but there are reasonably priced items here as well.
I would give 5 stars, but I specifically went to this store after the Wineglass Half Marathon to pick up a bracelet they were offering. They were to have gold or silver versions of both 26.2 and 13.1 bracelets, but only had gold left for the 13.1 (I was looking for silver). As this was my first official half marathon I was pretty sad about this.

What a great shop on Market Street! While visiting the Corning Museum of Glass, this is a great shop in the Gaffer District (over the bridge from the museum). They had well known brands (such as Vera Bradley) along with many really unique specialty items at all different prices. We fully enjoyed looking at everything in this shop. And don't miss the homemade candies in the back. The specialty truffles are a delectable treat! It is worth shopping here just for the candies! But there is a whole lot more to see as well.

What a neat gift shop! There is a little something for everyone here. Jewelry, chocolates, lotions, shirts, Vera Bradley, and many whimsical fun items. The entire family enjoyed walking around and choosing a few fun items to buy.

I stopped by Connors Mercantile when they had teacher appreciation day/week and were offering 10% off inventory. Apparently they were only appreciating Corning-Painted Post teachers because that discount didn't apply to other area school teachers. However, I was offered a complimentary chocolate by the rude clerk.
