I moved to Las Vegas in 9/2019. I have been a member of Massage Envy since 2009. My account shows 2013 when I moved to Florida and updated my membership. I have been a long and loyal customer. On June 28, 2020 there was a horrible dust storm. Wind was predicted but the severity of the dust storm could not be predicted. There have been windy days with not dust and others where it is dusty. I called to reschedule my appointment because I get horrible allergies when the weather is like this. I'm talking eyes swell shut, soar throat, stuffed or runny nose, and headaches. It's like I have a cold. Also I received notifications of bad wrecks due to the weather. I knew the weather was going to be windy but not a dust storm like this. I could not have predicted this or I would have canceled the day prior. I would have felt silly if the weather was nice and canceled for no reason. They told me there would be a 50% fee. I said, "Really, I have been a loyal member for years and the weather is horrible and can jeopardize my health. I never cancel same day. Also trust me I really need a massage, after not having one for months due to Covid-19." The girl was super rude (tone). Said she had to talk to her manager. Then stated her manager said they would waive it but proceeded to lecture me. (Don't lecture clients!) I then asked to speak to the manager who is even worse than the rep. Get your attitudes in check. Yes I gave you attitude back. No I wouldn't have given attitude if you knew how to treat customers and didn't give it to me first. This is not how you treat long time loyal clients or anyone when the weather can jeopardize their health. I could understand if I always canceled same day. I don't. I've only canceled once before on the same day due to being sick with a fever and that was when I was living in Florida. I will not return to this location! I highly advise none of you go to this location. I have already rescheduled at another location and verified they have better customer service than Blue Diamond. Avoid this location at all costs. Also their facials are pretty bad at that location. I would not advise getting one. Just avoid this location at all costs. There are several locations around town that will treat you much better. Blue Diamond almost caused me to cancel my entire membership. There are other companies in town with similar prices and benefits. Just as an FYI to the business. I did not leave my house but still got all the above issues and a migraine. Swollen eyes, stuffy nose, and feel like crud. I really hope you refrain your front reception staff including managers and take your clients health into consideration.

My wife and I flew in on a Friday and had massages set up first thing after our arrival. It was so good that we went back 3 days later for a second massage. I had Jade and she was amazing. She was the perfect combination of firm pressure removing all knots and gentle delicate hands as she moved from one body part to the next.
