Almaza bay is really a hidden gem in Egypt. My stay here was magical, the sea is beautiful, the beach is great, and sandy, clean, peaceful. I loved every minute spent here and kindly recommended everyone to go and enjoy the beauty of Almaza Bay!

Best time to spend through the whole north coast is Almaza bay

Its all about beach and great service we are having , never tested the warm welcoming and staff supporting all during your stay, specific person i want to thank handling all beach activities (hamda eldesouki). Such a honourable man trustworthy and doing the extra mile to male people happy

This is my third year staying in almaza enjoying the sandy beach and finishing my day swimming in the pool. Thank you almaza hotel and ots management goes to Mr sherid,, and special thanks to hamada, amr, emad, abdullah. All are the names i can recall

Really enjoyed and wont stop visiting., see you next year isa

Amazing Beach Holiday

The beach in Almaza Bay is amazing. The sand is white and clean. The sea water is crystal clear. Will definitely visit again.

Unforgettable vacation

One of the best beaches we ever see. Luxurious rooms , very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is reach and tasty. We 3 unforgettable nights!!

Horrible experience

The beach is quite nice but we had a terrible experience with our rental flat. The rentals are horrible and the rental management team are the worst I’ve ever dealt with. There are much better places on the north coast with respectable team members who know how to manage properties, better and higher quality services. Will never go there again.

One week at Almaza Bay

My wife and I just spent almost a week at the Jazz Almaza Bay Hotel.
Again we where astonished by the number of lodges on the beach that block the view to any and all umbrella sun bathers behind them. There are way too many lodges that are only full on week ends, while during the week the overwhelming majority are empty.
The receptionists and bell boys are very polite and professional. As well as the housekeeping staff.
We had a very strange experience on evening around 9 pm my wife had an upset stomach and wished to eat a plane yoghurt to soothe her pains. So i called room service which was not easy getting through them and when I finally did manage to the person who answered sounded surprised by the order and claimed to bring it in exactly five minutes (which never took place) and when I called back after half an hour no one would answer ... ?!?!?!
The breakfast experience was smooth. We tried the Corallo fish restaurant again at the Krystal Hotel next door and it was just as good as always. Though the main Chef was on holiday. Except the Greek music which they never seem to wish to change everything else was perfect. We did not wish to try the Lebanese Restaurant again as we had a bad experience there in July this year and decided never to go back to it again, food was not good and we had upset stomachs both of us while the service and serving timings were very very poor.
On the whole we enjoyed our vacation as we lover the Bay and overall experience with lots of places to go to beyond the Hotels in the Beach Town area etc etc.
We would recommend the Krystal though for another stay as even the breakfast menu has a more abundant variety as well as higher quality food.

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS A CONSTRUCTION SITE!!!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!! The rentals are advertised as being located at a high end resort, but in reality when we booked we stayed at construction site! This was the worst stay I’ve ever booked. For the full week we were there, there was heavy construction and machinery in the flat below and above. When we complained to the management, they did nothing and refused to refund the money for the rest of the stay - which we had to pay in full upfront before booking. Very low quality service and utter disregard to any customer satisfaction, honesty or integrity in dealing with their customers or in advertising where we were actually staying. In addition to it being extremely overpriced for what you actually end up getting. The resort is there to scam you. They ask you to pay everything upfront, and place you in a construction site. Especially Nadine Kamel and Amr from the rental team who were rude, untrained and unhelpful. It was an absolute nightmare dealing with these people. Low quality, incompetent staff members. Avoid by all means and definitely don’t pay anything upfront to these crooks.

Best beach ever…
We rented 4 bedroom villa in beachtown through the almaza rental website for 5 nights, the villa is very spacious.
The area is great and close to the village where the restaurants and bars are.

What pissed us off is one of the 4 bedroom had the AC defected and it took the team 2 days to fix, making the room not usable for 2 nights.
After asking the rentals management head (Amr) for compensation , he promised he will get back to us and he never came back …this level of professionalism is very disappointing.
