Bought a Refrigerator and it showed up damaged. Settled only to have them deny after. Hours on phone. Hung up on and no call backs after repeated promises. Terrible Company!

The mall is open till 9pm ON A SATURDAY and if that isn't bad enough 1/2 the stores were closing their doors at 7:30!!! What a waste!

A review of Target specifically: it wasn't open yet when last we visited. Love Target.
This Target looks like it was decimated during a zombie apocalypse. Literal bare shelves. Aisles of them, yet hundreds of boxes in the main aisles.
Could maybe understand it in the height if the pandemic but thus was just too weird. Very disappointing.

Basic mall. Nothing exciting. It was raining when we were there so it was busy.
Most stores seemed lacking in staff. Washrooms were hard to find.

We had seen ads showing lots of new stores, great new eating places and a new Target anchor store. Well, we saw three new eating small fast food type locations, separate from the many closed locations at the food court. We also noticed that Target was in the same locations and the former Sears store. As we walked around, we also noticed that several stores were closed/boarded up, which make this visit very disappointing. From where we were on the Cape, we had to drive 35 minutes to get to this location, it was a waste. We will be happy to wait another 4 years to return.

This mall is not for the high end shopper. Lots of small stores that you see everywhere. The only store that was decent was the book store. It's a place to walk around on a rainy day, but not worth your time.

Just a strip of shops and restaurants in one, out again in another. Nothing joined up and building work breaking even that up

We stopped in to kill some time while waiting for a movie to start. There were plenty of quality stores to shop and a good food court. Two things were sup par however. The food court had a strong odor of auto exhaust and I could really smell it. The other thing was that this is a very long mall and there are only restrooms at the far end. Other than that there was plenty of parking and we enjoyed our stop.

Terrible. We walked in and walked out. Lines to get tickets at the snack area and the self serve atm way too long.
They really need to pay for more help. Nobody likes to wait that long

Hannoush Jewelers, located at the Best Buy, Barnes & Noble end of the Hyannis Mall is definitely worth a look if you are considering a quality remembrance of Cape Cod. They make their own unique Cape Cod themed charms set into a classy simple necklace. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I had a great experience there yesterday while they helped me deal with the sadness of losing a diamond earring. 😩
