This place is amazing! We’ve been here many times, almost to every room they’ve done except “the beast” sadly we keep missing it. Walking in, the lobby is awesome with cool little nick-nacks (and big ones) and lockers for you to put your stuff in if you need to. The staff is awesome as well, very welcoming and answer any questions you have. Even if you don’t finish on time they usually let us keep going until we complete the puzzle as long as no one is after us. Now, the reason you come? The detail in these rooms is crazy good! If these guys are on a budget you wouldn’t think so. They use both electronic interfaces and normal puzzle elements in their rooms and is always a surprise what is going to happen, but wow these guys are good! We’ve been to a bunch of other escape rooms and always feel really shorted because the rooms just don’t have the effort put in like Panic Factory does. Go and go again, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed if you like escape rooms!

My friends and I have been here numerous times and played nearly every room they’ve ever had, and we’ve always had an incredible time. Nick, Ray, and the remainder of the staff are wonderful people and outstanding hosts, and their rooms are the best in the Durham Region by a wide margin.
If you’re looking for a fun night out, don’t sleep on Panic Factory. Plenty of fun to be had here.

Last night my gf and I attended the Panic Factory and all I can say is “wow”. From the moment you walk-in and get greeted to the time you leave you will be impressed.
I work in Toronto and live in Whitby and have always done “escape rooms” in Toronto.
My gf and I wanted to do something fun but didn’t feel like travelling to the city so we checked google and saw the great reviews on the “panic Factory”.
We did the “safe haven” room and I can not explain how much detail was put into this room. The room was laid out like a real bomb shelter and the room flowed from clue to clue.
We are looking forward to returning and doing our next adventure at the “panic factory”.

Went with some family members and a friend. We played Worst Case Ontario. Some very unique puzzles. I felt like I was in an episode of Trailer Park Boys. The puzzles made sense and were fun. The owners are awesome people and their customer service is top notch. Panic Factory was worth the drive. If you are in the area this is a must do :)

It was very easy to make reservation and they even send you a reminder a day ahead of time of the reservations.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. We arrived early so we could get the paperwork out of the way so as not to take up any of our time from the escape room which was appreciated by the staff.
We did the escape room Deadly Grounds which is also there most advanced room. The set up was great with neat special effects. We received a few hints a long the way but not to many. It took us 1 hour and 5 minutes to complete but we did escape which we were told was excellent.
I would like to thank the staff for letting us finish.
I would definitely recommend The Panic Factory to anyone wanting to do an escape room.

We have gone here four times with our family. Each experience has been amazing! The staff/team are very friendly and helpful. They welcome you and set about explaining the room and are well prepared.
Suggest to book online to avoid being disappointed if there is not room/availability.
Found out last time they create their own escape rooms so not a franchise or kit!
Clues are available and helpful if needed.
Very challenging and fun at the same time.
We make it a family outing 2-3 times a year as a tradition.

Great quality time with the family exercising your brain. So much detail in the rooms, for sure the best one I have been to!!! The staff were super friendly and the cost reasonable. Even the biggest skeptic wanted to come back for more. We will be back!

Been to Panic Factory 3x and have loved it every time! These guys design all of these Escape rooms themselves and you can tell they are passionate because these rooms are meticulously layed out and planned.

We did "Worst Case Ontario". It is very well done. The puzzles are challenging (we asked for hints) and the room/props were excellent. We were a family group of 4 which seemed to be just right.

Super fun way to have the family interact with each other. Rooms are not easy so gets the mind working and tests the problem solving skills. Staff are fantastic! Been several times!

Do you have a party package for about 6 to 8 girls ages 15 and 16.

I had my daughters birthday there a year ago, they gave us a great deal and the kids had a blast as most had never been... I don't think that they had packages at the time, you will have to call.
