We had our daughter’s b-day party there. She had the best time ever with her friends, so much fun. Great team work and lovely food. Would highly recommend it for family and friends.

this was for my son's 9th birthday. The booking experience was very quick and team's response was fantastic in preparation. when we arrived at the car park we received a very warm welcome by the staff. The queuing for the outfits for the boys was very long. There was than a very shouting introduction as to the rules from one of the events team, which i think is so everyone can hear. The actual venue set up is great and the guns were in good condition. The toilets were awful and dirty but I guess it is an outdoor experience. One of the boys in our birthday party group got punched in the stomach by another visitor, he wasn't removed from the event until the second round despite a complaint. He hurt the boy again by scratching him in the eye and then spilled plaint ball on another child from a different group. It took the team 3 complaints to disqualify this boy from the game, which upset the children in two other groups. The staff ought to deal with such behaviour a bit quicker. The reason for poor rating is poor customer service following the event. We accidentally left my son's birthday banner at the venue, which was quite a nice felt one made for him. we were the last party of the day on the Saturday and were last ones to leave. i messaged the team literally just as we got out of the car when we got back from the venue. The team didn't respond until a day later and seem to have lost our banner as it wasn't put in the lost property. Instead of apologising for not dealing with it promptly or for misplacing it, the bookings manager Becky has been constantly responding to blame us for leaving it behind. I completely take responsibility for leaving it behind and appreciate if we were one of the parties during the day when hundreds of people go through the venue, the team couldn't possible keep an eye out. but that wasn't the case. A simple apology and willingness to replace the banner would've gone a long way. In summary, great place for a party (avoid the loos) and if nothing goes wrong, you should be fine.

It's Dom here, we spoke prior to your booking and also on your arrival at our venue.
I’m so glad to hear that in general, the kids had a really fun time with us.
It is sad to say that this review does not come as a surprise to me, due to the abusive way you had spoken with members of our team post-event.
We always strive to learn and adapt from any reasonable feedback given for our events & service, however, I would like to spend the time to bring some actual clarity to your comments.
Our Events manager - Kalvin - who was running the Event your Squad had participated in, had spoken with all groups throughout the session and spent some time with you at the end of your session also as I know you were not playing in the session.
There had been no conversation of someone being 'Punched' from any Players, Parents, or staff whatsoever. Considering the constant chats Kalvin was having with parents and players - I am positive this would have been mentioned by yourself or any of the 80+ participants in the session, the same goes for scratching them in the eye.
For full clarity on this, if any player was to break any of our set rules (we actually have a specific 5 metre rule where no person can go within 5 metres of another) they would be warned, and then removed from our games immediately if it persisted.
In the rare and unlikely event of physical contact was to be made, the said individual with be instantly removed from our game maps, with no chance of playing again.
We are aware that there was a child who was acting a little rougher, who had squeezed an old paintball from the floor which subsequently squeezed some paint onto a child from your group. I appreciate this is not ideal, and as soon as this was reported, we removed them from play.
Unfortunately, we aren't able to do these things before we are made aware of them.
I must remind you we are talking about a 9th Birthday Party, kids will be kids, this wasn't a malicious act. However, because one of the players did break one of our rules, (picking anything up off the floor), we swiftly and promptly sat them out from the games, as any player acting irresponsibly won't be allowed to participate in the games.
I am of course, sorry to hear you feel our customer service post-event was poor.
To begin on this, we typically host over 500+ people on a daily basis celebrating different occasions with us, numerous amounts of unwanted party decorations are always left behind every day, whether it is Banners, Bunting, Balloons, Table Cloths, Plates, Cups or Party Hats, so it would be reasonable to assume that any of these items left behind are unwanted.
For clarity on this, it would be near impossible to keep all unwanted items left behind as we run hundreds of birthday events each weekend.
For further clarity, any valuable items are always kept in our designated lost property.
As you well know we also paid our recycling company additionally to look through all of the bin bags from the full weekend prior to disposal. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, this banner was not found.
Finally, I will mention the insulting and abusive way you have and had spoken to our Bookings Manager Becky.
We are all good people down here. I have listened back to the call recordings and we do not deserve to be spoken to in the fashion you chose to conduct yourself when speaking with Becky.
All we are trying to do is run the best birthdays and family celebrations possible and I'm glad we managed to give your son a lovely birthday.

This is an absolutely amazing venue. We were celebrating our son's 9th birthday and he said it was his "Best Birthday Ever". The team were amazing, friendly and ensured the kids had the best afternoon. Pizza's also went down a treat with all the kids, which were included within the Party Package. This place is a hidden gem and extremely good value for money. Highly recommended and will most definitely go back again. Thanks Go Laser Tag for making Archie's 9th birthday "the best ever" (his own words!!).

Visited Go Laser Tag with a school party of 15. Received excellent support administering the booking (risk assessments, insurance details, on hand real time guidance even on the day) from the Events team, whose service was matched by the on site Activities team who facilitated a fun outdoor laser tag experience that was steeped in professionalism and know how of engaging young people. Only reason this is not 5 stars is the walk from Whyteleafe South Station to the venue is devoid of a pavement meaning extra vigilance is required if travelling by train and using that particular station. Nothing but praise for the team and actual experience though!

We chose Go laser tag for my sons 6th birthday for him and a few friends. The staff were friendly and made each game extremely enjoyable for all who played! The boys haven’t stopped talking about returning. The day was extremely well planned out for them from start to finish, and the free pizzas went down a treat! We will definitely be returning! Thanks guys!

This truly has been an epic day. We took my son and his friends to Go Laser Tag today for his 10th birthday today. The kids loved it very much, and the parents agreed the bar has now been set very high when it comes to birthdays. Honestly the staff are so organised, from the time we drive in and and coordinate the parking until we left the premises. Megan the Event Manager and her team have honestly been great hosts and have been helpful and best of all everyone had a smile on their faces even in the cold. I would say if you are thinking of going then think no further you will regret no getting your dates.

Best experience from booking with WhatsApp support, to The. Friendliest. Staff. Nothing was annoying for them, they were there to facilitate fun with a smile on their faces. Well organised and run. My son and his friends has the best time. Highly recommend. Parents can even have a hot drink while kids suit up in camp and have a blast

My son had his laser tag party here at the weekend and all the children absolutely loved it. The service was spot on from the minute we arrived with everything being very well organised. Lots of helpful, smiley staff around who were great especially Jav and Megan - they knew their stuff and took control of everything making it a very easy party to oversee for my husband and I! A great experience for all ages - we will definitely return, thank you!

We are thinking of having a party for 18 six and seven year olds. Can adults join in too if they pay? Is there an upper limit on group size? Can't find this info on the website. Secondly, can mothers with toddlers/babies spectate? Thank you in advance.

I took a 6 year old and he loved it - and yes adults can join in too. Two teams of 9 would be fine. Yes there is space to watch with a covered area - although to be honest the area is a quite large woodland area so you probably wouldn’t see much..

How much time is actually played? As it says 2 hour session but I’m assuming there’s an introduction and then time for food also

We had 6 games and 5 mins to rest between each set of 2 (which we needed!) So nearly all of the 2 hours was spent playing.
