I went here around 2 weeks ago to see a new film, it was amazing, admittedly I prefer Hereford cinema, but it's good! 5 star!

Don’t bother no ushers in films so no one to stop distractions, annoyances and people on phones. Go to odeon 40 miles away instead

Really nice atmosphere very helpful staff, making every visit a pleasurable experience. Nice cinema up to date films, good selection of sweets and drinks.

A lovely welcoming place

We were here for a concert by Blazin’ Fiddles, a Scottish (sort of) folk group.

The centre is a wonderful place with great staff and comfy seats with good leg room. A good range of drinks and snacks available at the bar.

Looking at the overall programme of things that go on here, it is truly a community asset, with plays, films, music, workshops, exhibitions and all sorts of other things going on.

Deserves to be well supported.

Great experience

Visited when camping up the road at Fforest Fields campsite. It's a lovely building and has so much going on there. Definitely worth a visit - especially during a rainy camping day!

A little gem

There is nearby pay and display parking just a short and reasonably flattish walk away. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are all the usual cinema snacks to be had and you can take your cup of tea in with you. There are 2 screens, showing films, satellite live, and some live acts too. It is a little gem of a place in the heart of Mid Wales and well worth a visit.

Great old cinema but modern inside.

Went to visit during a long weekend in Builth. The service was excellent and the seating was comfortable. All together a very pleasant experience.

Friendly staff, good entertainment spot for locals. Can get a little noisy (depending on which side of building)

Is a good spot for locals to find entertainment without travelling far. Upperstair cinema house (castle) comfy but the bottom cinema house (market) not so much (can be quite noisy when people are walking up and downstairs and cold.)
Staff are really friendly. However, they could be a little more stern on customers that disruptive during screenings.

Visited the Centre pre seeing the film in order to see what the premises were like. Everyone working there was very polite and helpful.

When we arrived to see the film. The counter clerk gave us advice of where to sit. Row C was a very good choice. Bar area and ice-cream counter was very well stocked.
The film was excellent, thoroughly enjoyed the place. Will have no problems about visiting again.
