We Used postcode LN11 9LL and this took us to a small car park at end of crowtree lane pay & display £1 all day! There are various routes to walk depending on mobility and large maps to help you decide.
Some lovely large open grass areas for a picnic and lots of ducks on the river.

What a little paradise easy walk from the centre of louth.we loved the walk through here wheelchair accessible cafe there is very basic but the coffee was nice.

Fantastic place to walk and enjoy nature and water , all seasons have something special to give , dog friendly apart from the kids area, lots of places to sit and relax , huge area if you want to picnic the whole area is very well maintained only downside is the cafe doesn't open often enough very random opening times which is such a shame

We visited on an early April Saturday morning. It wasn't that easy to find and the final 100 yards or so to the car park was quite a tricky single (one way) track against water on one side. Parking was £1 - no problem with that - initially not many spaces but they did open a gate to give some more field parking.
I would say it is excellent for dog walkers and well patronised by locals as it is free. A pleasant enough walk by a little river through parkland - not that big and you come to a very small car park at the other end. We did the climb from here and there is the golf course on one side and a seriously sharp drop down to the valley and river through the wood - about 1 in 2 in road terms.
There are toilets at the main car park and also a cafe which unbelievably had closed for their lunch at 12.30pm - open again 1.30pm, having not been opened long.
In summary, a very average experience - it is free but just a parkland walk. Very unlikely that we will return.

I have been many times to hubbards hills it's so lovely very picturesque and just fabulous people countryside too. I always enjoy going there and go there often. The cafe there is excellent they do fab scones cakes snacks and lovely cuppas coffees ice creams worth going highly recommended 10 out of 10

We drove from Alford this morning to try out Hubbard's Hills. WOW, what a beautiful and peaceful place to spend an hour or two at. Clean everywhere, manicured park-like grass with the most wonderful selection of trees.
The dogs enjoyed a wonderful play with other doggies already there. Would have given six stars had it been available. Oh, and the local properties are amazing.

This was a lovely surprise. We enjoyed a pleasant stroll down by the beck, through a meadow and up the wooded hills. It was great to see so many families enjoying time in the late afternoon sunshine.

We drove over to visit Hubbards Hill yesterday after recommendations for an afternoon out. Personally we were only there an hour but we’re a couple with no pets or children and it was over cast. The steam is lovely and it was great to see all the children laughing and playing in it. The walk was a lot shorter than I anticipated but realise there was a steep climb to the top which we skipped out of. Parking £1 all day is great, toilets were fowl but can’t expect much more from a public park. The road leading to the north side could do with more signage as part way down I thought we’d ended up on a one way road going the wrong way but now we know where it is we would certainly return on a warm day and take a picnic

Always enjoy a visit, especially with a picnic, which you can eat near the car park or down by the stream. There a lovely walk by the stream and plenty of room if there’s a group of you to play games /

Recommended by the Lincoln Tourist Info Office as a must do on a whistle stop tour of the Wolds. Tricky to find - good - and a welcome relief from crowded parks. Two routes, one high path and one following the valley stream floor. Good car parking, small cafe and great peaceful environment.

I have seen people riding through on bikes but it gets very busy especially with children and the walks around the top are very steep. Also, there are a lot of dog walkers and ducks to consider. Probably better off peak times.

I'd say mostly yes. Certainly the pathways would be at the bottom of the valley. You may struggle with the steep path down from the car park and the cafe only appeared to have steps.

Hello. Planning on stopping off at Hubbards Hills on a trip north, but have just seen that it is marked on Google maps as 'Permanently Closed'. Hope this is wrong but could you clarify? Thanks.
