I booked a mani, pedi and neck massage for 15 of my girlfriends for my wedding pre pamper session. It was absolutely fantastic, we had two private rooms and was very intimate. The ladies did a fantastic job and all made us feel very special. They also organised a charcutterie board which was to die for. Thanks again Glo Spa, I will be back!!

⛔️😭⚠️BE AWARE⚠️⛔️🚩Lost for words…
I have no idea what to do they have just blocked me on multiple platforms and are ignoring my messages on others.. this has left me distraught the only reason i trusted them for a wash, blow dry and treatment was because they are Australian owned by GEORGIA SUTHERLAND this is completely unacceptable if your business causes damage you are liable i never asked for this if you can not provide/ conplete a service simply do not do it. I came in with a smile and just wanted a wash to look good for my event now i have been left with this mess…
I am shattered to say the least
I went in the next day to get these photos from the staff i never realised the hair loss/ baldpatches because they covered it up with there terribly installed short thin extensions so until I asked the staff for the photos they took of me i never reslised how bad the hairliss and damage was! I cant eveb conorehend how this has possibky hapoened. The terribble covee up are no where near the quality of my 300gram 32 inch 6 week old European extensions that they have completely ruined alongside damaging ny natural hair.
I dont know what to do and an heartbroken.
Please never go here this is honeslty disgusting and completely unprofessional and negligent.
Physical, mentally and emotionally this has damaged me and all they have done is completely dismissed and blocked me and tried to blame the quality of my hair and my extensions which is completely untrue and my supplier and hair dresser off years can vouch for this. Both are completely disgusted and upset with this treatment and what has happened.
I have all screenshots, videos, messages and much more evidence i dont want this to happen to anyone else. They have threatened me and blocked me. I am completely beside myself by the situation and heartbroken to say the least.
I have attached photos one before I had my hair washed sitting in the salon chair, then pictures of my head matted and with bald patches when I came out of the basin there next to the photos are the extensions they installed to cover the damage they did to my hair not to mention they are terrible quality, not even half the length of the ones that I had and nowhere near the same colour they have used every single excuse to try and shift the blame if your business causes damage it is liable. The owner and the staff are horrible. Please do not go here am so distraught and left with many costs and years worth of damage done to my natural hair now 😭

My sister has been living in Canngu for the last 4 months and always gets her Brazilian waxes done here (by Safa). She lovessss her and says Safa is so gentle and sweet. She got her haircut once here too & loved it, so I gave the mani / pedi a try. SUPER great service, amazing foot / hand massage, they offered me a ginger tea during the service, and were so professional the whole time. I felt really comfortable. Sooo thankful I chose this place! Went back the next day for a hair revival treatment (with cremebath) by Nyoman (so talented!!!) and I’m so glad I did. Their prices are hard to beat for the professionalism / luxurious service you get. Would def recommend to anyone to deciding where to go for services!

I have been to Bali several times and have never considered getting my hair cut there. On reviewing some of the comments for Glo for spa treatments, I saw a few people had said positive things about having their hair styled or cut by Scott. I decided to go for a hair cut and I was absolutely delighted with the result. Scott took the time to understand where my hair was at and what might work for the cut. He worked some magic and an hour later, I had a fresh new look that I could not be happier with. I also really enjoyed the chat and the salon itself is really beautiful. An added bonus was that hubby had a massage that he rated highly at the same time. Two from two. Thanks Scott and Glo for the fantastic experience.

Glow Day Spa is functionally ok, therapists are decent but the place hasn’t aged well at all. Everything is old and poorly maintained, and it looks nothing like the photos (probably from years ago when it was all shiny and new).
It certainly hasn’t got that relaxing spa feeling - it’s loud with hair dryers and loud pop music.
I took my daughter for her first spa experience and it was a disappointment. We were happy enough with our hair treatments, massages and nails, but as an experience it was not what I had hoped for. So if you want the job done it’s ok, but don’t go hoping for a relaxing or luxurious spa experience!

I’ve just experienced the most amazing, hydrating facial. Santi was my therapist she gave me a beautiful facial leaving my skin looking and feeling 10 years younger. Her eyebrow tinting was 10/10 fabulous & meticulous. I will be returning again on my holiday. Thanking you

Daniel was very experienced and handled my hair colour, wash and treatment he did an excellent job. I was so happy with the outcome and loved that this salon uses Goldwell hair products.

Absolutely amazing experience at the Glo Bar. My partner and I had the microdermabrasion and I had a blow wave after.
As soon as we walked in the door we were welcomed with huge smiles and super efficient service. The facials were outstanding, in beautiful clean rooms and my blow wave with Scott, was one of the best I have ever had in any country and he is an absolute legend. What a find this place is, 1000% coming back!

I went to Glo spa for a spray tan. The women at the front desk recommended that I get the medium tan as I am naturally quite pale. Santi, the lady that gave the tan, was so kind, professional, and extremely thorough. I was given iced ginger tea after the tan while waiting for transport home. I am so happy with the natural looking tan and would highly recommend Glo spa for anyone else considering a spray tan while in Bali. Thank you Santi!
