Agradáveis cascatas artificiais, construídas pelas mãos humanas. Aberta à visitação turística gratuita. Você pode deslizar de tirolesa sobre as águas. (Nice artificial water falls, built by human hands. Open to free tourist visits. You can slid a zipline over the waters).

We had a nice visit here and although there is construction work to improve the site, there was a nice little trail to hike along the stream and little waterfalls. Although the stores are pretty much all the same, they are kind of quaint. There were still some beautiful hydrangeas in bloom.

It is a touristic place but not very interesting. The fall has a strange smell. The photos are not so beautiful. You can stay for 15min until 1h if you want to buy some souvenirs near. Better to by car. Does not worth to pay to go there.

In my opinion there is nothing special at the place. The waterfalls are artificial and the trails are simple and in bad conditions. To me, the visit is a waste of time.

Waterfall plus adventure sport

Good combination of silver waterfall plus an adventurous activity of walking and short zip-line. If you are visiting the waterfall must do the sport which comes at a nominal fees.

Small falls with man made walking trails and water traps, water wheel, etc. Nearby stalls selling souvenirs, clothes, food, etc - slightly tacky, but very typical South American experience.

Ducha de Prata is a perfect example that the city of Campos do Jordão can modernize existing touristic places to attract more tourists and offering more attractions. The last time I had been there, there was almost nothing. Nowadays, it’s a very nice place, and they built a small shopping stores where you can buy local craft and chocolate. There is a tree top walk and zip-line that attracts a lot of people who like a bit more adventure without destroying the place.
They have built a very nice deck between and around the giant araucaria trees, which gives more visibility of the waterfall in general, and gives us space and places to explore the little waterfalls around and the beautiful vegetation. In general, we really enjoyed the tour and we also wrote about it on our Blog.

Recommend: We totally recommend. It’s a very beautiful place to visit to enjoy the nature, and its Free of charge. You just pay if you want to take the zip line or walk in the top of the trees. We didn’t do it, but I remember it was not expensive, just check while is out there. The little stores with craft have a reasonable price and you will find the same things more expensive in city center.

Interesting if you want to go shopping

Man made waterfall with tons, yes, tons! of little stores around. The good thing is that you can find better prices than in downtown Capiravri. There is a little quiosque in the mall that sells Germânia chopp and wine chopp. Definitely worth a stop!

It's a simple, yet nice place to visit. Nature mixed with a nice structure, where you can get close to the water and take some pictures. Nice tree walk, even though I didn't try it. Several stores with nice products and fair prices in the area.
